Macha went red. She slipped her arm around Ace nonetheless, enjoying it.

He kissed her chin and her cheek and her forehead before settling on her lips.

She smiled against him, allowing him to tug her closer. “Love you.”, she murmured, lips still pressed against his.

Ace grinned, opening his eyes, "I love you more."

Sabine knocked softly on the door frame, not wanting to interrupt but feeling uncomfortable intruding.

Zander looked at Dani."Don't worry about anything like that but," Zander hesitated before continuing." I was texting with someone in the R.A.C." He stopped, feeling the comment hang in the air.

Macha’s eyes flew open and she pulled away from Ace, cheeks flushed. “Come in.”, she called.

Sabine gave Macha a half-smile. "I'll leave you guys alone again in a second, but I just wanted to tell you Macha that I need to show you something. You can meet me in the hall outside of the hospital wing when you're done here."

Dani bit her lip, nodding. "I'm sure that you have a good reason to."

Macha nodded, cheeks pink. “I’ll be out in a sec.”

Dani thought for a second. "You know……………..I always wondered why Sabine always looked so sad. But as soon as she saw Macha, her eyes lit up. She looked so happy." Dani said more to herself then to Zander, as if reliving memories.

"They must have been through a lot together…" Zander mused quietly, losing himself in thought.

Skylar smiled, opening the door to Peter's room. "Peter?" she asked, running over to the bed and sitting in a chair. "How are you feeling?"

Ace adjusted his glasses that were falling off and smiled, "Go."

"I'm not sure. She ever told me how well she knew Macha. Just that they had to watch their friend……….never mind. That is a depressing subject that I don't want to think about."
