"I'll get you a cheeseburger Ace! A double I'm guessing? Everything on it?" Frankie smiled and gathered her stuff. She hugged Ace and Blake and went out to get the burger.
"I'll get you a cheeseburger Ace! A double I'm guessing? Everything on it?" Frankie smiled and gathered her stuff. She hugged Ace and Blake and went out to get the burger.
"Chezburber." Ace nodded, "Double bubble trouble, BLAKE!" Blake bakes cakes by lakes!"
(Sorry notebook's being weird.)
Frankie returned shortly after with a large "Chezburger" she watched as Ace's face lit up. "Enjoy." She smiled and returned to her seat next to blake.
Hey topaz )
Ace grabbed the cheeseburger and then, waited. It hadn't been the first time his food had been poisoned. He poked it and then took a large bite.
Frankie watched Ace intently. She couldn't decide what to do with her arms and legs and was constantly changing positions. "Is it⦠good?"
(I'm here guys!)
"Thanks for getting him that. He's been asking all day and I've been too afraid to leave him." Blake ran his hands through his hair.
(GUYS HALP i'M DYING. I've been downloading as much music onto my tablet as I could for this trip that I'm taking, and suddenly I thought, "Ultimate survival." But in a really funny and weird voice because if I went on the airplane without music I would die and now I can't stop laughing.)
Frankie turned to Blake. "It's alright. I know how scary this must be." She said thinking of her dad sadly.
Ellis crawled in bed beside his ill brother, who was dead asleep. Ellis buried his head in Peter's arms and pulled one of his big heron wings around him like a blanket.
Ace ate his cheeseburger and then pressed his wrist, but nothing came out. "Zodiac?" Ace's breathing went shallow, "I left her there! You guys didn't take her?"
"Something feels off about this. Did the doctors say anything else?" Blake asked quietly.
"Ace? Calm down okay? You couldn't have left her. She's your tattoo."
Frankie adopted a quizzical look. "Left who where?"
"No, but Zodiac-she's gone! The tattoo's not there anymore!" Ace pulled off the covers and started yanking the wires from his wrists, "I need to go find her."
(@Topaz come back!!!!! I have to go to bed soon and then will be gone for a week!)
"ACE NO! WHAT'S GOING ON!"
"You're not going anywhere." Blake held him down with one hand, examining where the tattoo should've been. "Ace has a dragon he's bonded to." Blake's eyes narrowed. "Right now she's somewhere in the R.A.C." He shuddered involuntarily, fear in his eyes.
"Which is why I need to find her!" Ace growled, shrugging of Blake's grasp and pulling off the last of the wires. He made it to the door before his painkillers started wearing off. Ace gasped and held onto his stomach, his already blurry vision getting blurrier.
Frankie drummed her fingers nervously on the table. The R.A.C. of course it was them. It was always them. "What are we gonna do?"
"You're too weak, Ace! I'll find her, alright?! Just stay out so you don't die before I get to her!" Blake growled, lifting Ace on the floor and setting him back in bed. A few nurses had rushed over to reconnect the wires, already. "Handcuff him to this bed if you have to." He ordered, a grim look on his face. "Ace does not leave this room! Do you understand me?" He barred his teeth in snarl.
(Guys I have to go soon.)
"No!" Ace yelled, "It's my fault! I need to find her!" he pushed the nurse away and got up again.
Frankie stood abruptly. She grabbed Ace's arm. "Wait. We're coming with you. In fact, why don't you stay here. You can't leave yet."
