Zander started on Blake's hair making sure to leave no strand outside of his work.( He started with hair so tha Ace can get the wings and begin the epic bromance that is Zace)

Blake kept his focus on Kata, attempting to keep still so he wouldn't give Zander too much trouble.

Zander carefully made sure not to pull Blake's hair, but he didn't have to work very hard. Blake kept still and Zander had had much worse customers. *Flashback to 6 y/o Lily jumping around while he carefully made sure not to pull her hair.

(Yeah she could probably dealing with something really big too, like a job promotion in some other place that she has to move for, or has to go help a friend or relative , I mean stuff like that's important too.)

Blake felt calm at the moment. His headache was gone now and Zander was gently brushing his hair. That feeling, along with the rumble of Kata's purr, was luring Blake into a trance. He struggled to sit up straight and focus, but eventually gave in, slouching down and letting his muscles relax.

Ace dropped Macha's hand, amused by her silence and scooted towards Blake, starting to run his hands through Blake's unpreened feathers, ones he couldn't reach.

"I see how it is. When he's tickling me you don't help, but then suddenly appear when it's wing preening time." Blake raised an eyebrow at Ace, ruffling his feathers and looked over his shoulder at him.

Zander laughed, " You had all the help you needed when Kata joined in, and you,"He said turning to Ace,"are surprisingly good at preening feathers, but why do you have so many tattoos?" (updated)

Ace rubbed his arm, suddenly self-conscious. "I had a job at a magical tattoo shop, so all of my tattoos have some kind of use. For example, " Ace pointed to a bird tattoo on his left wrist, "this one summons my flying license."

Blake turned his head around curiously. "Why would you need a license to fly?" He flapped his own wings self-consciously.

" Oh no reason." Zander lied, by now his R.A.C. hovercraft had probably been taken by the authorities."But I probably should have been more precise. When we first fought, I saw what I thought a teddy bear, but may have been a real one, What does that one do?"

Ace sighed and tapped the bird three times, "There's a video on why."
The hologram popped up and a man with a British accent and a thick mustache began to talk.
"Welcome! You must be getting your flyer's license! Many of you must be wondering, why must we have a license? Well, let me tell you! There are so many things in the air, it's certain there will be accidents, so, we need to know your identity! Also, you are required to prove that you are you! We also need to ID you and.." the man babbled on, while Ace took to answering Zander's question, "My teddy-bear tattoo brings back lost items."

"Wow that's really cool. but there's still one thing I want to ask you. Where did the dragon go?" Zander put his left hand to cover the right side of his mouth(like when you're whispering about someone and don't want then to hear) and whispered" And do you know your girlfriend has a bomb?"
(I got to go for now, you both have temp control of Zander[standard rules apply{ but you probably aldready knew that(be back in 30-40)}])
