(Yup. It's casein, the protein in milk. So no animal milk for me period.)

(Awww, that's stinky. Are you allergic to gluten too or do you just not like to eat it? That's probably a stupid question…)

(Technically I'm just sensitive to it, but it's easier to say "allergic.")

(Yeah. The only allergies I have are seasonal, but my brothers are allergic to peanuts and treenuts and sesame seeds, so…)
