"Hm, yeah. Definitely never been a bad date before," Courtney hummed.
"Hm, yeah. Definitely never been a bad date before," Courtney hummed.
"Do you have a boyfriend?" Kitty asked.
"Nope. Imma single pringle," Courtney said with a half smile.
"Have you had a boyfriend?" Kitty pressed, tilting her head to the side innocently
(Gtg.)
"Nope," Courtney replied, popping her 'p'.
(Okay, bai!)
"Not ever?" Kitty asked, a little shocked.
"Not ever," Courtney said with a shake of her head. "No guys worth dating."
"You just haven't found the guy for you," Kitty pointed out.
Courtney shrugged. "Starting to think he doesn't exist," she muttered.
Kitty rolled her eyes. "I believe in soulmates. You just haven't found yours yet."
"Okay, sure. Fine. But I have no idea where he is or who he is…"
Kitty smiled. "I'm sure that you'll find him. In the meantime, can you please teach me some more fighting moves?"
Courtney smiled and faced her.
"I've been waiting for you!" she laughed.
Kitty blinked, then realized. "Oh, sorry!" she exclaimed, quickly shifting into a ready stance.
"It's cool," Courtney laughed.
(Should we skip to when training's over?)
(If you want! :D)
(All right.)
Courtney let Kitty go get a drink when they were finished, and she did so herself. She checked her game as she waited for the other pairs.
Kitty sipped her water and texted Bryson with a couple laughs. Sure came back over to Courtney quickly. "Are we done, then?"
"Yeah, we're done. If you need to go home or something, you're free to leave," Courtney said with a smile.
"Awesome! So, see you tomorrow?"
"Yeah, sure. We'll probably do something different, though," Courtney warned her. "I don't know what."
Kitty suddenly got worried. "Um… Okay."
"Oh, it'll be fine. Don't worry. Just something different than today," Courtney assured her.
"Are you going to be in the mall again?" Kitty asked.
(I'm reading Mockingjay… It's painful.)
"No, I'll be here, most likely," Courtney said with a shake of her head.
