(As someone who loves, that was amazing.)

(Can I join? I'll be gone a lot)

(Of course you can. But as you can see, this RP is currently dead)

Moonlit Silver Knight

(We just need to come up with a reason for your character to end up away from them and meet mine. Then we continue without them or wait for them to come back!)

Destiny sighed. She couldn’t get away from them, could she? Turning to Lee, she picked up her bag.
“Are we leaving already, Dusty?” Lee asked, frowning.
Destiny just nodded and held out her hand for Lee to take. The little girl grabbed Destiny’s hand immediately, not asking any more questions. Destiny didn’t know where to go next, but she decided to follow her instincts.

Moonlit Silver Knight

No one expects the gardener. Everyone who had ever questioned the power of Larry´s gardening had fallen long ago. It might not seem practical, but it gave him a reliable food source and his combat skills with a rake were unparalleled, he´d even defeated several swordsmen. Larry lived in an abandoned building that he had blocked off from the world and rigged with traps. He had managed to tap into water in the ground so he could grow his own food and drink. He never needed to leave and that was the only reason they hadn´t found him yet. If someone came along needing help, he would help, but he would keep an eye on them. Only Larry knew how to navigate his traps. He thought he heard some sort of comotion earlier, he didn´t care, as long as they stayed away from the Gardener Cave he would ignore it.

Orion, pressed against the ground, saw Destiny and the girl moving. Blue eyes widened in alarm as the first trickle of a foul-smelling smoke reached his nose. Twitching, he darted up after them. Calling in a harsh whisper. "Wait!! No questions, keep moving! I can't be the only one that smells smoke!"

When Destiny felt someone on her trail, she whipped out her blades and was almost going to strike it dead when Orion came into her vision. Realizing there was no danger to her or Lee, she slipped the blade back into her bag, but kept her hand hovering close in case he attacked.
“No questions, keep moving!” he hissed urgently. “I can’t be the only one that smells smoke!”
Destiny paused, taking his words into consideration. She did smell smoke, but she had brushed it off as something inconvenient. She pushed Lee forward while giving Orion a look, and continued moving. If there was smoke, it only meant something bad. It would do her, nor Lee any good if they lingered any longer.

The noises from earlier were growing louder and Larry began to fear that something was going to happen that he couldn't avoid. Grabbing the Rake of Justice, Larry prepared himself.
"I hope I don't have to deal with anything, but just in case."

(I’m skipping a bit ahead, okay? Just in case anyone gets confused.)

With several Undead on her tail, Destiny tried to escape. There were too many, and if she were to stop to kill them, she couldn’t guarantee Lee’s safety. The little girl was safe in her arms, but Destiny didn’t know how long she’d last with the Magickind on her heels. Fortunately, they were the blind kind. Unfortunately, their other senses were quite sharp. Another reason to feel threatened would be that they could handle weapons like humans.
Destiny came across an abandoned building, but something about it gave her the chills. However, now was not the time to be hesitant; Lee’s safety depended on her. So she shook away her doubts and continued running towards the building. She only prayed that it was truly abandoned; she did not want to endanger others because of her incompetence.

Moonlit Silver Knight

Larry looked out a hole in the Larry Cave as the sounds grew louder. He saw someone running towards the building chased by several undead. Larry cursed, he didn't want to deal with this, but he couldn't just let them die. The undead looked like the blind kind based on the way they moved. The kind that can't see wouldn't be able to see a blade in the door. Acting quickly, Larry placed an industrial blade the size of the door at head level in the doorway.(it was so easy because it had been previously rigged.) This had never been tested so he wasn't sure it would even work, but he had to do something. He opened the door to wave at the person to get inside, hopefully the baggage they brought wouldn't survive, but his rake was ready just in case.

Out of the corner of her eye, Destiny saw someone wave. Cursing to herself, she slid to a stop and pulled Lee down.
“Get inside that building,” she ordered. “But watch out for anything strange. I’ll be right behind you.”
Lee nodded and did as she was told to do. The little girl ran off as far as her tiny legs could take her, leaving Destiny to deal with the Undead. The older woman whipped out her blades, throwing three of them straight in the head of three of the Undead stumbling towards her. Taking out the gun she had strapped to her leg, she fired, each bullet spilling rotten flesh and blood. Strapping it back to her leg, Destiny turned her heels and followed after Lee, thinking of killing the rest when she had something to shield herself with.

Moonlit Silver Knight

Seeing a little girl running to the house and the other person killing a bunch of undead, Larry realized his blade trap wasn't really needed. Larry deactivated any traps in the house for the little girl. He grabbed a weed wacker he modded to shoot blades, "the weed killer of pain", and aimed it to provide cover for the other girl. He gave her a thumbs-up so she would know he wasn't aiming at her.

Destiny nodded at the man inside the building and moved faster, bending down to scoop Lee into her arms as she ran. She looked back to see five Undead stumbling after her and only had the time to kill two when the other three fell back with a jerk, blades sticking out of their foreheads. Destiny assumed it was the man in the building. When Destiny was sure there were no more Undead lurking around, she vanished inside the building.

Moonlit Silver Knight

When the coast was clear, Larry headed back inside and bolted the door. He drew the Rake in case these people weren't friendly.
"Hi there. Who are you?" wasting no time, Larry raised his rake "Don't intend to be rude, but I can't exactly become best friends with everyone who comes stumbling into my home. I hope you understand."

“Do not worry,” Destiny stared at the man straight in the eyes, pulling Lee behind her. “We will leave as soon as there is little danger of being spotted by the Undead.” Her eyes trailed the walls and the floors for signs of any traps before they landed back on the owner. “And of course, I understand your lack of trust. I would be displaying the same behavior if I were you, possibly a little more… threatening.”
“What Dusty is trying to say,” Lee poked her head out quietly, a bit scared but not wanting to get on his bad side. “Isn’t that your rake is less threatening.” she provided helpfully. “It’s just that she wouldn’t ask them politely.”
