She looked around no one in sight. She new outside was danger but she waited for someone to follow her so they could tell the others where she was. So she watched and waited.
Siren decided to move to the main gate because that's where they would search first. She only wanted one or more people to help her with the dangers.
Sienne shadow traveled to the main areas she assumed Siren would be. She first went near the main gate, thinking she would go through there. She appeared in a bush and saw the girl running to the gate. She carefully moved towards her. Siren didn't run, so Sienne assumed it was ok if she approached her, "Are you ok?" Sienne signed, hoping the girl knew sign language and she could help.
Siren was confused by all the signs and asked her what she was saying and remembering that she was deaf made her feel dumb.
Sienne walked over to her and sat down next to Siren, What's wrong? she wrote in the dirt, Everyone is worried.
She wrote in the dirt can you read lips?
Lewis caught up and offered to translate if needed. He was still limping, and he was panting from running so hard.
Ari grabbed Miles by the wrist. "Come with me. I have an idea." And she dragged him towards the water.
She wrote in the dirt again can you read lips?
"Thank you Lewis," Sienne signed, "Now that we have a translator, we can speak," she turned back to Lewis, "You don't need to use sign language, Lewis, I'll read her lips."
Siren saw more and more people coming and ran.
"Can you tell the others you and I can take care of her?" Sienne asked Lewis, "I don't think she likes a crowd. I'll go after her," before she got an answer, she bolted after Siren, a little worn out after shadow traveling.
Siren saw Sienne and stopped and said in a small voice,Go, please go. I want to be alone and free."
"Alright… what's your idea?" Miles asked as Ari dragged him towards the water.
Sienne held up one finger, as if to say "one second". She wrote in the dirt, It'll just be me, you, and Lewis, ok? We just want to help.
After awhile she wrote in the dirt ok no one else though.
Sienne nodded, While we wait for Lewis, do you want to draw in the dirt? We wouldn't be able to have a very good conversation writing in the dirt.
Shure she wrote.
Arianna waded into the water so that it went up to her ankles. She brought her hands up, and created a giant water bubble. "I can create a border of water around the camp's exit points. But it is very energy draining and if I pass out, I need someone to go get Chiron. But I also think that you can help me in another way. Have you ever swam with a dolphin before?"
Sienne doodled in the dirt with Siren, hoping Lewis would find them soon. She realized she hadn't left him a trail, so she just trusted he would remember which way they went.
Than Siren asked,"Can we move out side the broader? NOW!" And she ran out of the camp.
Sienne watched as the girl ran, and shadow traveled the way she was going, and stepped into her path. Siren ran right into Sienne and Sienne held onto the small girl tight. She carried the girl back to camp and saw Lewis up ahead near the border and walked towards him.
She struggled and yelled.
