One of the daughters of Apollo approached Lewis and asked him what hurt besides his nose. He motioned towards his right ankle and she lifted up the edge of his pant leg. It was very swollen and painful, and he swatted her hand away. She offered Lewis some nectar, and he agreed to take some, knowing it would be the quickest fix. When he drank it, it tasted like treacle tart and Earl Gray tea- a couple of things that reminded him of home. Warmth filled his limbs and lessened the pain. He could feel the breaks in his ankle and nose seal, and while it hurt, it was something of a relief. The daughter of Apollo then saw if he could perhaps move his foot better, and he could, but there was still a trace of pain. Sharp pains reminded him of both of his major injuries, even though the damage was undone.

Miles looked at Lewis and cringed at his ankle. The Apollo kids kept running around helping people, giving them this weird golden liquid. "What is that stuff?" Miles asks.

Lewis began to stand up with the help of Apollo's daughter. Some pain lingered, but he was much better already.
"It's called nectar," he explained to Miles, "It's the drink of the gods, and is often used to heal demigods of wounds that they might get. A real lifesaver, that stuff is. I could've been out of commission for a while if it weren't the case."

Viva slipped out from behind a tree where she had been watching nearby. She felt a little bad that Lewis had taken all the blame, but it was probably for the best.
As she helped Lewis to stand up, she looked around, wondering where Perth had gotten to. After all the commotion of the prank, she had almost forgotten about the prophecy.
(hey, sorry I've barely been on but I have an english assignment due soon and its taking me FOREVER)

"No, it is NOT," Viva said sternly, answering for Lewis.
She then addressed Lewis, "You'd better take it easy mister, if you want that ankle to heal properly."
She grinned, "Sorry for butting in. I guess all the healers in my cabin have rubbed off on me"

@charkieshark

"Oh, okay." Miles said, a bit startled by Viva's sternness. But his surprise was interrupted by a sound coming from the pavilion.

The campers started moving to the pavilion. Some were hurrying, others were just walking. Miles heard someone mutter something about breakfast, and assumed that it was being served. He ran to the pavilion, only then realizing how hungry he was.

"I'm honestly not sure." Ari shrugged. "I actually thought that my dad was Zeus, because of my name, Arianna."

Lewis decided to sit out during dinner that night. The pain he still felt was close to sickening, and he much preferred to leave it behind. He made sure to pick up an ice pack before going back to the cabin, and when he got there, he laid in bed with the ice over his ankle.

Miles sat down at the Hermes cabin, next to a girl.
"Where's Lewis?" the girl asked. "He always sits here."
"I have no idea." Miles replied, looking around for him. "He hurt his ankle, so he might not be coming."
"Oh, alright." she answered, turning back to her food. Miles turned to his and was about to start eating when he noticed everyone getting up and scraping some into the fire. He followed them and scraped a part of his meal into the flames before returning to the table and eating.

Lewis suddenly remembered that it was Miles' first dinner at camp and felt guilty. He should've been there to guide him. He knew better than anyone that, while being like a large family, the Hermes cabin could feel like a very lonely place, especially for someone waiting to be claimed. He promised himself he would speak with Miles later to make sure he was doing alright.
