"No problem," Paige's words were faint. She hated being that person at the movies.

(Lol it all good!)
Darren nodded and walked out quickly so he was out of people’s way. He was gone for a long time. Longer then it takes to get food. He came back with a large bag of popcorn and a large drink placing it between them.
"What took you so long?" Paige asked quietly. "I was getting worried."
“Sorry,” he sat back down with a smile. “Long line,” in reality he was pacing nervously, he was no good with dates and this felt like one.
"Really?" Paige didn't need to say any more to express her disbelieving tone.
He nodded but didn’t look in her eyes, “Yeah. Freakishly long,”
Paige drew her face close to his so she didn't have to speak as loud and disruptively. "Now, if there is one thing that I hate in this world, it is liars, Darren, so please tell me the truth," she murmured into Darren's ear.
He laughed almost nervously, she could see right through him. “It was nothing,” he whispered back. Could he tell her what he was doing? Seemed embarrassing.
Paige frowned. "Please stop. The only thing I hate more than liars is liars who think that I am genuinely stupid enough to believe their lies. What were you doing?"
He looked her in the eyes and sighed, “ I was just, Uhh, calming down I guess. Needed some time,”
"Why?"
He laughed nervously, “I don’t know what this is to you but it really feels like a date. One I wasn’t prepared for so, uhhh you make me a little nervous,”
Paige was honestly shocked. "I-I do?"
He grabbed her hand, “Your beautiful and kind and caring and I’m… im me, so yeah a little,”
Paige had never blushed harder. "No, you- I- we-"
“And you stutter when your nervous so I’m glad I have the same effect on you. I’m maybe a little better at hiding it though,” he winked.
Paige bit her lip. She silently reprimanded herself for being so… stuttery. "So, the feeling is mutual then," she replied. She hadn't quite decided if she wanted to retreat yet, so their faces were still very close. Noticing this, she felt her cheeks warm again.
He smiled, “Guess so,” seconds later their lips were brushing together.
Paige closed her eyes and lightly entered the kiss. The movie was tuned out.
He laughed a little and deepened the kiss, sliding a hand behind her head.
Paige sighed softly. She felt every fiber of her itching to get closer to Darren. She felt his hand slip to the back of her head and did the same to his.
He laughed and looked around, “Were being those people,” he hadn’t let go of her.
"Oh," Paige murmured. She wanted to pull away but her willpower dissolved almost instantly.
He shrugged and crashed his lips back into hers.
Paige inhaled sharply when Darren kissed her again, but she melted quickly into it, moaning just a little.
