"Why did they. . . call you that?" Theo asked slowly, his head tilted to the side curiously as he studied the tattoo. They wouldn't call him the Grim Reaper for no reason.
"Why did they. . . call you that?" Theo asked slowly, his head tilted to the side curiously as he studied the tattoo. They wouldn't call him the Grim Reaper for no reason.
Ryder sighed. He hoped he wouldn't have to talk about this. "Becuase I killed a lot of people, Theo. I was the man they called when they needed to get rid of someone."
"But, you changed, right?" Theo asked gently, not moving from his spot next to Ryder. When they met, he hadn't stared at his prosthetic like most. As if it were some disease or odd species sticking out of his leg. He wasn't going to do the same thing to him. Ryder was different from most people that he had met. He was funny, kind, and overall, just a great guy.
Ryder nodded. "I did jail time. Once I got out, I didn't want back into that life, so here I am." After a moment or two passed, he tentatively placed his hand on Theo's cheek.
"You're a great guy, Ryder. I really like you." Theo answered, leaning in hesitantly as he looked up. He still couldn't believe that he had landed multiple dates with him. They had seemed like complete opposites at first.
Ryder laughed at that. "I'm not a good guy Theo, I'm far from it. I do what I have to do. Don't forget that." He said, gripping the back of his neck. "You're just an exception, a weakness."
Theo furrowed his brow faintly at that, thinking about what Ryder had said. A weakness? Was that good? He decided to ask. "Is being a weakness…good?"
Ryder's thumb rubbed his neck. "No. It means if my enemies find out about you, they'll use you to get to me. You and my sister." He sighed and leaned back. "You need to understand what you're getting into with me if you before you decide you truly want to be with me."
"I don't care about your enemies. I want to be with you, Ryder." Theo said, his faded green eyes sincere and honest. Maybe his enemies and gang sounded bad, but he wanted to be with him.
Ryder pressed a soft kiss to his forehead. "I've made a lot of people angry. I don't want you to get hurt." He said softly, though he was already grabbing his hips and pulling him into his lap.
"I won't get hurt. . . it'll be okay." Theo mumbled, looking down at Ryder's lips. He wrapped his arms around his neck hesitantly, glancing back up.
"I'll protect you." Ryder murmured. He held him closer. He leaned in, lightly brushing his lips against Theo's. "Do you want to take off the prosthetic? If it's bothering you or something."
Theo nodded and moved his hands towards the bottom of his pants leg, rolling it up. He unbuckled a few areas and after a few moments, the prosthetic slipped off. "There's just a scar. . . it's kind of weird, actually." He finally said, rubbing the back of his neck embarrasingly.
Ryder leaned back and waited. He lightly ran his hands up and down Theo's sides. He sat back up once it was off and pulled him closer. "I don't care." He muttered before kissing him.
Theo leaned in, wrapping his arms around the back of Ryder's neck as he kissed him harder. He could practically feel his own heartbeat in his ears.
Ryder cupped the back of Theo's head. He tilted his head and deepened the kiss. What he had tried to keep a soft and gentle kiss morphed into something rougher and almost animalistic.
Theo sighed, parting his lips as he continued to kiss Ryder, his hands running through his dark hair. He broke the kiss for a moment, pressing soft kisses against his jaw line.
Ryder threaded his hand through his hair. He sighed in content and tilted his head for him, to give Theo better access. "You know, it's only fair if you undress too. I'm practically naked and yet you're completely clothed."
"I'll take my shirt off. Fair enough?" Theo answered, beginning to tug the dark shirt he was wearing off. He leaned forward again, his kisses trailing down Ryder's neck.
Ryder knocked his hands away and took off Theo's shirt himself. His lips skimmed his neck and nipped at his skin. "Pants now." He said as he started to take off his buckle.
( Shoud we just skip to the next day after like 2 more scenes?)
"Fine." Theo sighed, tugging them off. He bit his bottom lip, suddenly hesitant that his leg was out in the open.
(Yeah.)
Ryder helped him. "Don't be self-conscious. You're perfect the way you are." He said softly and kissed him again.
Theo nodded and pressed himself against Ryder, closing his eyes as he kissed him deeply. For once, it felt right not to have his prosthetic on.
Ryder grinned and kissed him harder. He slowly lowered Theo down on the couch. He hovered over him, nudging his leg in between Theo's.
Theo made an odd groaning sound in the back of his throat as Ryder kissed him, letting him lower him onto the couch. He wrapped his arms around his waist, pulling him closer.
