"Alright~" Riley cooed.
"Alright~" Riley cooed.
Eve rolled her eyes and swam out into the lake and down to the bottom, holding her breath for as long as she could.
"So sad, leaving me alone up here." Riley started backing out of the lake, watching his clothes dry off. "The water is too cold. I'm not adjusting."
Eve popped back up and frowned at him, "No, you're just a big baby, it's not cold at all."
"I am used to the heat!" He retorted, moving his hands to his pockets.
"Men are such babies…" Eve muttered as she swam over and hopped out of the lake to grab her things before walking back to Riley with a towel wrapped around her.
"Hey! Ouch!" Riley pouted, looking at her. "It's a new thing! That doesn't mean men are babies."
"Yes, they are. Don't argue with me." Eve said, drying herself off with the towel before putting on her shirt.
"Mean." Riley pouted. "What if I want to argue with you?"
"And why would you want to do that?" Eve crossed her arms and cocked her head to the side.
"I dunnoooo~" Riley trailed off.
Eve giggled and pulled on her shorts, “Okay then.”
"So Eve," He questioned. "Where too? Whether you want me to or not, imma follow you for a bit." He ran a hand through his hair again, flipping it over to the side.
Eve rolled her eyes but smiled a little, “I was just gonna head home but it’s a little bit of a walk.”
"Then I guess I will be you escort." Riley bowed down like a fairytail prince, smiling wide.
Eve giggled and bumped him with her hip, "Fine. Come on then." She slung her bag over her shoulder and slipped on her flip flops before walking into the forest.
Leaving his bottle of gasoline behind, Riley followed suit. His hands rested behind is head in an imitation resting position, a constant smile on his lips.
"What are you smiling at?" Eve asked, looking over at him with a small one of her own.
"You." Riley replied smugly.
"You're such a flirt." Eve muttered as she tried to hide her blush.
"Oh am I?" He questioned. "I try to be."
Eve hummed her agreement, jumping over a fallen log in the process.
Nearly tripping over the fallen log, Riley let his hands fall away from his head as he climbed over it.
(Sorry, I've been sick and can't really look at screens. Bleh, I'm sorry!)
(Don’t worry about it, I hope you feel better)
Eve looked back and giggled a little, “Slow poke.”
"Noooo, I am walking my own pace." Riley tried to correct.
