"I'm afraid to even think… I don't like that he knows." Lucas looked back at the library door as he walked.
"I'm afraid to even think… I don't like that he knows." Lucas looked back at the library door as he walked.
"It's…. I understand why you're worried."
"Really? Why's that?" He turned forward again, looking up at Susan.
"Well, I don't like people looking into my mind just as much as you or anyone else would."
"I just… I feel like I'm going to start thinking about my family or something, and then he'll just be able to peruse my memories at his leisure. It's just not right…"
"Don't worry about it. If he ever does do it the Doctor'll probably tell him off and he'll stop."
"How does the doctor know he's doing it, though? I had no idea until he mentioned it. If anything, that's the most terrifying part. He could be reading my thoughts right now!"
"The Doctor knows about it, don't worry."
"Okay…" Unfortunately, it's in my second nature to worry. "Anyways, where are we going now?"
"I suppose to check on the Doctor, I haven't explored most of this place yet, there isn't any more I can show you. I don't even know what half of the rooms are for."
"Alright. Is the Doctor okay? He's not hurt or anything, is he?" Suddenly, a crash sounded from the main room.
"Well, as you heard from that ominous crash, probably. He always gets into trouble." she muttered, running into the console room to see a mostly uninjured Doctor rubbing the back of his head and muttering something in a language Susan didn't understand*. "Are you alright?" she asked. "Yes, I'm fine, just fell over." he replied.
*Gallifreyan. It's the language of the Time Lords. And he was muttering something along the lines of random cusswords and/or exclamations of surprise and agitation if you must know.
Pit stirred slowly on the cot he'd been laid on, looking around. "Where am I? What is this place?" He pushed himself into a sitting position, rubbing his temples absently. His head was throbbing and whatever he was in (the TARDIS of course) was jerking around a lot.
"Anyway, we should probably check up on Pit." the Doctor continued.
Pit could hear voices from the room next to him. They seemed to belong to three different people. Oh, so they're here too? Guess we escaped, then… I don't remember much from that.
(Um, no offense but Pit is in a completely different room?)
(I thought he was in the main room?)
(No, he's in another room lying down in a bed.)
(Okay I'll edit my post a bit I guess)
(Okay) "Yes, let's." Susan said, following the Doctor into where Lucas was staying.
So I was right… Pit looked between Susan, Lucas, and the Doctor. How did we even escape?
"Are you okay? Don't try and sit up just yet, your side is still healing and you're weak from the blood loss." the Doctor said.
"I'm fine…" Pit lay his head back down, following instructions per usual. "I mean, my head hurts, but I guess that's to be expected. Where are we, anyways?"
"You're in the TARDIS. We're safe here, don't worry."
"Where… are you taking me?" Pit asked slowly, confused. Don't I have to get back to Lady Palutena at some point?
