(Alright, I’ll try and get my guy in soon! Thanks!)
(Sure thing!)
► basics;
Full Name: Kalervo Aho
Gender/pronouns: Male, he/him.
Age: 20
Sexual Orientation: Asexual, doesn’t really display too much attraction in that sort of way.
Relationship Status: Single
Monster or Human? (if monster, what kind?): Wendigo
Any Powers?: superhuman speed. shapeshifting (at least, from human form into a wendigo form.)
Opinion of Humans/Monsters: Monsters he’s mostly chill with, humans he’s also pretty chill with. Humans are interesting to hunt, he says, but he also quickly adds that they’re ‘good companions.’
Why Are They Living in This House?: He needs the company, plus he enjoys being around others, even if it may not seem like it. He likes to learn about others, we’ll also say.
► background; (optional)
Doesn’t talk too much about much about how he became a Wendigo, though the age of him ‘turning’ wasn’t too long ago; when he was about 16. He also states to have come from ‘up a bit further north.’ He lived in Finland for a lot of his life.
► physical;
Appearance: A somewhat thin figure, with pale skin and long-ish auburn hair tied into a small ponytail. His eyes are more of a light brown, and he’s a bit tall at 6’0. His dressing style can be described as someone ‘fit to go out in the snow’, with all of his jackets he wears; boots, etc. He’s not really bothered by the heat, and even under all those layers, he still remains ‘cold.’ Most of his clothing is an earthy brown colour or something darker.
He has goggles that he wears, sometimes, and a dark yellow bandana.
Tattoos, Birthmarks, Scars, etc: Kalevro has a few scars, alright. A lot of them are just on his torso and lower body; most of them are somewhat small or at least thin and long. Most of these scars are a few years old, he doesn’t get as many ‘new’ ones anymore.
Alright! Let’s start then?
i’m ready!
I am as well!
i’m ready!
The sun rose, peeking in through the small curtains. Francis slowly rolled out of bed, stretching. He yawns, messing his hair. Another day, another…well, day. He goes down to the kitchen and starts making breakfast.
Klaus stumbled downstairs, hand slapping on the wall with every step. He glanced at Francis, bleary eyed, yawning to reveal his jagged and sharp teeth. "Mornin'."
Archer woke up with a yawn, running his hand through his hair before going downstairs. The nice thing about being a ghost was that he didn’t have to brush his teeth, shave, or change his clothes since he was wearing the same clothes that he had been cursed in (which kind of sucked, since they were now wildly out of fashion). He went downstairs to see the others, and smiled sleepily.
“Hey guys,” he said pleasantly.
"G'morning Archer." He hopped up onto the counter, ducking down to avoid smacking his head on the cabinets as he sat down. "Had a good night?"
Kalervo soon arrived downstairs, clad in winter esque clothing as usual. He didn’t look in the least bit tired, despite having just woken up - or maybe he had been up for a while after all. It was hard to tell with him.
He arrives into the kitchen, joining the rest of them. “Morning, everyone.” He greets, giving his arms a slight stretch as he settles in.
"Yeah, what about you?" Archer responded to Klaus, walking over to the counter and standing by it. In the back of his mind he wondered if the others found it odd that he slept, being a ghost and all. To Kalervo he added, "Morning," and nodded his head in acknowledgement.
"It's been fine, just woke up, so I can't say a whole lot right now.." He yawned, making the same small whine that a dog would. His voice seemed to get a little less tired after that. "Oh- morning!" He looked at Kalervo, waving slightly.
“What are you guys gonna do today?” Archer asked, running a hand through his hair again. He decided to hover slightly sitting crosslegged.
"Bark at cops, eat a pedestrian or two, normal werewolf stuff." Klaus barked out laughter, shaking his head. "I'm just fuckin' with you- probably get groceries. I'm off work today, so may as well get some damn food. Tryna not starve, you feel?"
“That’s probably a good idea,” Archer responded, chuckling. He didn’t want to admit that he had totally bought the joke thing for a moment. He also tended to forget about food, since he couldn’t eat anyway. “Sounds more interesting than what I was going to do today, which is probably just reading or something.”
"I don't think I've even picked up a book since like.. junior year. I didn't think I could find something less interesting than standing in the grocery section of a Walmart trying not to snap the head off a toddler." He couldn't seem to stop petting the buzzed hair on his head. "You wanna go?"
“Wouldn’t people freak out?” he asked nervously, looking down at his pale features. He was practically translucent, and the others could see right through him if they concentrated. “It’s been years since I actually went out in public.”
"Last week I got into a fistfight in a Dollar Tree and nobody batted an eye, you'll be fine." Klaus shrugged. "It'll be fun! Vegetable shopping with the boys, what's better than that?"
Archer looked a bit nervous, but nodded hesitantly. “Sure, I guess,” he agreed, gradually seeming more optimistic. “I could go corporeal if I have to pick something up, I guess.”
"Then it's decided! We're to go to the hallowed lands of Walmart for… apples? I'm gonna make a list."
“Okay,” Archer added with a bit of a smile. Grocery shopping may not seem exciting to most, but Archer had hardly ventured out of the house since moving there, so any reason to leave was exciting to him. “I’d help you, but I don’t exactly eat so I don’t know how much help it would be…”
"Well, I can't eat a quarter of the shit humans can, so… for me I just look for human food dogs can eat and then that's what I get. It sounds really weird when I say it out loud, but doesn't make me sick or dead, so I say it works. Sucks ass sometimes, but whatever." He hopped off the counter, very nearly cracking his head on the corner of the cabinet. "Time to get dressed, then."
“Okay, I’ll probably be in the attic like usual if I’m not here, so just let me know when it’s time to leave,” Archer replied, once again both sad and thankful that he didn’t have to get dressed. He winced as the other boy almost hit his head.
