Cooper began purring again, growing drowsy. Even in his human form, he had a tendency to make catlike noises such as meowing, purring, hissing, and squeaking. He rarely hissed at anyone or anything, however.

"Wait. I welcomed you here, besides, there's food and water." He says softly. "I hate being in debt." He places a hand on his hip.
Cooper lay his head on Aaron's shoulder, yawning and closing his eyes. The tip of his tail flicked absently.
Aaron smiles a tiny bit, hugging his kit close and running a gentle hand through his hair between his ears.
"I don't belong here. I don't fit in." Gracie said looking to the ground .
"If you're an outcast, you are welcome here." He says, nodding towards the female. He holds his kit close, looking at the two females before him. "What are your names?"
"No one fits in here… it's a way of life. The standard of 'normal' is unknown, so therefore everyone is extraordinary."
"There's a difference between welcomed and being normal." he says, shaking his head at the female.
"We don't fit in either." Cooper looked up. "My mother's gone and I don't know where my father is; I've never been in a clan."
(Idk what to do)
"Yeah yeah yeah!" Gracie begain, " I never fit in never will. I don't belong in this world. "
"You're welcome to stay and eat." he says, holding Cooper and looking towards the female.
(I gtg to bed now, byeeee)
"Sure!" she said sarcastically .
Aaron raises a brow at her, but nuzzles Cooper affectionately, "Your choice is your choice." He says, returning his gaze towards the female.
"Aaroooon… What time is it?" Cooper looked up to see where the sun was. He and Aaron didn't have a clock or anything, so the sun was their only means of telling time.
Aaron hums, looking down towards the shadows, "Around five." He answers, nuzzling his kit again.
"Mmm… what's for dinner?"
Aaron chuckles. "Just leftovers, little one." he answers, setting the smaller down.
"Okay." There was a loud snap resonating from the forest and Cooper quickly transformed into a cat, dashing away. "W-What was that?" He was still pretty skittish from the incident earlier.
Aaron frowns, "I'm not sure. But for tonight, don't leave my side okay? Would you rather I caught some fish for tonight?" He asks after a moment. "Maybe we can practice your hunting skills."
"That's fine…" Cooper stepped out cautiously from his hiding place, hopping swiftly over to Aaron once he was in the open.
Aaron nods, picking him up, "Let's head to the river, yeah?" He says smiling a tiny bit.
Cooper nodded, remaining in his cat form for the time being. Hunting would likely be easier that way.
Aaron hums, nuzzling his kit as he carries the other to the gently flowing river. He sets Cooper down and shifts into a black cat with a white spot on his right ear.
