Ruby did not want to get up. Get breakfast? Pfft, that can wait.

Akira found Ruby's room and pushed open the door. She curled up in the corner, waiting for Ruby to wake up.

When Ruby finally woke up, she stood up and realized a fluff ball in the corner. “Hey Akira, are you hungry?”

"Yep." Akira stretched and yawned before getting up again.

“Okay, what do you want? Do you like eggs?”

"I don't think I've ever had them, but I'm happy to try." Her tail wagged a bit as she looked up at Ruby.

“How did you… nevermind.” Ruby said, she did her morning routine and went to cook the eggs, scrambled eggs. She put the eggs in a plate and gave it to Akira, “Today we’re doing some shopping.”

"What are we shopping for?" Akira sniffed the eggs suspiciously before eating them. She seemed satisfied with them. (She's actually my first female rp character. I always rp guys for some reason. I'm not even a guy, it's just that I find it more interesting or something, idk.)

(I applaud you. Very much. So much.)
“A bowl for you. And a bed.”

(Lol)
"Okay, when do we leave?" She had already finished the eggs. On the streets, you ate quickly or your food got stolen.

“Well when I finish, how did you finish so quickly?”

"You learn to eat quick when you live on the streets. Other dogs will fight for food, so you have to eat quickly to get food at all."

“Oh. Huh.” Ruby said, finished her eggs. She put on her cloak. “Let’s… go. Ugh outside is cold.”

"Okay." Akira walked beside Ruby quietly. She decided to not talk in public, in the stores and such. It might cause some problems.

“So uh.. do you like this bowl?” Ruby asked, holding a fancily decorated bowl, “Nod or shake your head.”

Hmm. A bit too fancy for her taste. Akira shook her head slightly, examining the other bowls.

“Well point at the bowl you want when you find one…”

Akira found a simple bowl designed to look like dark wood. She nudged this one with her nose, glancing between it and Ruby. (I should probably go to bed now, it's 2 am for me lol)

(Oh yes you should, see ya tomorrow then, good night!)
“You want that? It’s nice in its own way.” Ruby said, she picked the bowl up, “Anything else?”

Akira tried to remember what else Ruby had said they needed. What was it? Oh, right! A bed! She looked around until she found the section with beds and walked towards it. (Goodnight!)

“Oh right, you remember things better than I do.” Ruby chuckled.

Akira walked down the line of beds until she found one that matched the bowl. She sat next to this one, looking up at Ruby.

Dante felt that he had allowed enough time for them to prepare for the long journey ahead. He noticed Ruby walking down the street, a dog beside her. He didn't remember hearing her mention a familiar or animal companion, but supposed that he couldn't say anything because of the stereotype of spellcasters. She walked across the street into an animal supply shop, outside of which, Dante waited for her to notice him and to see where the others were, twirling his staff in his hand

Akira noticed a man watching her and Ruby. She nudged Ruby's leg with her head and used her nose to point towards the unfamiliar man, looking between the two as though asking whether she knew him.
