Hands in his pockets, Kris strolled down the street, his eyes grazing over the displays in the shop windows. He had nothing to do, and it wasn't like he wanted to do anything–especially after what had happened. Finding a cafe, he slipped through the door. He definitely needed a drink and some sort of sweet snack.
Marinus, as was the name he had and still goes by, watched as the female quickly zipped off towards the back once again. The bell chimed upon the door, announcing another visitor to the café. His gaze shifted, yet his pupils remained mostly round. A forked tongue slipped past his lips again, testing the air. Marinus' blue eyes watched as a young looking male walked through the door, entering the building. He watched the other for several moments, then was brought back as the waitress returned to his table with his coffee.
The man seemingly paused as she told him the amount. Such a strange currency, why couldn't they have kept it simple…
He sighed, reaching into a pocket. Instead of dollars, Marinus laid down 5 coins of pure gold. The look on the coins, one could tell they were ancient, from times way before.
"Apologies miss, though this is the only thing I have upon me, least for currency wise."
Marinus' blue eyes shifted towards her. His pupils seemingly narrowed into thin slits, nearly lost in the vast blue with flecks of yellow, "Let us just say, many of these things are quite new to me again. Things tend to evolve and change over a course of ten thousand years or so."
Jasmine arched an eyebrow. Gold. Gold coins. Right there in front of her. She glanced at the man. There was something about his eyes. He wasn't entirely human. Maybe a fae? "I think we can except this!" She chirped, handing him the coffee.
(I live. But idk what I can make Aiya do)
(Hey hey Robby, wanna have Aiya and Luciana meet? :p)
//yo am I allowed to make another character

(Hey hey Robby, wanna have Aiya and Luciana meet? :p)
(Sure, just bring Luciana into the graveyard)
Tony jumps back, hissing under his breath. Curses in an ancient language that not many understood. He growls his fists clenching.
Jamie muttered a spell under his breath to see where the blood led. It led in a trail from the alley to the… graveyard? He quietly followed the trail until he could see two beings talking. He hid behind a tree, watching them.
(Hey hey Robby, wanna have Aiya and Luciana meet? :p)
(Sure, just bring Luciana into the graveyard)
(Grave.. okay. Yay angst.)
Luciana walked into the grave yard holding a bouquet of flowers from her garden. One year anniversary. She looked around sadly for the gravestone. Her steps were slow and meek, she missed her.
Celia Hase
Found the grave stone. Don’t cry… Luciana bent down and put the bouquet down, “Hey Mom…”
Aiya walked backwards, away from the man who grabbed her. She bumped into another gravestone and turned around, seeing a girl.
Luciana heard something bump onto a gravestone, she stood up in panic.
Conceal yourself! Aiya tried to use another concealment spell, but her magic was worn out. She was left standing in plain sight, bright golden and sticking out like a sore thumb.
“A dragon..?” Luciana muttered, she looked at the tiny smol thing.
"Well, yeah. What else is shiny, golden, and has wings?" Aiya extended her wings, standing a bit taller. She didn't trust any of these people.
(… a snitch.)
Luciana laughed weakly, “I guess you’r right.” She glanced at her mother’s head stone and wiped away a tear. “Why are you here?”
(Lmaooo)
"Interested in those two." She jerked her head in the direction of the guys.
“What’d they do?” Luciana asked warily, her hand absentmindedly drifted towards her wand.
Jamie stood still behind the tree. There were two more figures now, who were also watching the first two. One of the new ones looked to be a dragon, but the other looked human enough.
"Not sure, but they're both covered in blood. I also suspect neither are human."
“Oh wow, okay.” Luciana said, sharply inhaling. “I should probably… leave. You should too.”
Aiya nodded. "I've noticed that I always seem to get myself in trouble."
