Cyrus thought he saw something move, a white, glowing outline shining into his vision. He walked over to the headstone, looking behind it. He didn’t see anything at first, whatever it was must have been holding still. But, when it did shift, he saw the blinding outline around.. nothing? Something was there, but it was almost invisible. So, he reached down, grabbing something with his hand. “What the..?”
"Hey! Put me down!" Aiya struggled in Cyrus's grip. She doubted that he knew she was a dragon, considering she was so small, but it was unlikely he was happy with her being there. She was only about the size of a large cat, or perhaps a small dog, but… magical? Aiya was unsure how to describe herself. The concealment spell slowly faded, leaving her as brightly golden as she ordinarily was.
(WHAT SHOULD I DO??!! IM DIEING HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
Cyrus flinched at the sudden voice. The animal knew english? Out of shock, he dropped the small creature, eyes looking at it’s various red tones.
(My OC's at a cafe if that's what you guys want to do…)
((OOC: Simply bring your character in. They don't have to interact with anyone just yet. Could start something on your own. Or there is Marinus and the pixie in the café. Neither have spoken to each other yet, are simply just observing as of now))
Aiya crouched down, not even bothering to keep up the spell anymore. She seemed almost comically bright in the dreary cemetery, gold not being a common color in nature. Her tail swayed back and forth as she stared up at Cyrus, standing close to still.
Jamie slipped past people on the streets, his hands finding their way to their wallets and his laughter never reaching their ears. He finally found himself in an alleyway, starting to count how much he had gotten when he stopped. The place smelled like blood. Human blood.
(I'll try……………………………)
Sipping her freezing water, sitting on the edge of her bed, Alaina forced herself to draw. Not being able to do anything else at the moment, she told herself to use the orange pencil upon the white paper. The horrendous job of drawing. Making shapes, having them look cool, everything balanced. It all needed to be perfect, in sync. To her, it was a nightmare. Her water was the only thing stopping her from burning the paper.
The siren - Nixie called her Syreni - grinned maliciously as a young man wandered close to where she lay in the pond. As he turned around and prepared to go swimming, she leaped out of the water, fangs bared and dragged the man under. He thrashed and screamed, fighting Syreni, but her hold was too powerful and he lay still in a few minutes. Glistening white fangs sank deep into the man’s body, drinking his blood. Nixie, miserable inside her head, desperately hoped no one had heard them - they were rather close to a cemetery, after all.
(srry but how can I jump in?)
He suddenly yawned, revealing unnaturally sharp fangs that belonged to no human. The male lifted his hand that had been resting on the table. He moved towards his face, removing the shades that once covered his eyes. As his gaze met the light, his eyes were bright blue with flecks of yellow. The pupils narrowed into thin slits, making it even more clear that he was not human. The male slipped his folded shades into a jacket pocket.
His gaze shifted, taking note of the clocks surrounding the walls. The stranger couldn't help but raise an eyebrow at the sight. Well, it must mean something to someone. The figure waited quietly at his table. Usually a waiter or waitress would come and address a customer, wouldn't they? Least if he remembered correctly.
"Perhaps I heard wrong. Oh well, I can always find elsewhere, or return back to the ocean," he mumbled to himself, "I just know I'm going to have to find another quiet beach again for a basking area…such a pain."
Jasmine finished the samples and walked back out from the back room. She walked over to the customer, putting on a cheery voice. "Hello! Welcome to Ùine Cafe! May I help you?"
Shebforced the siren out and crawled out of the pond, resting on the bank for a few moments before getting up and stumbling through the graveyard. HEr clothes and hair were drenched, but hopefully no one thought too much about it. She paused when she accidentally walked up to two men having a conversation, both covered in blood. Subconsciously, she checked herself to make sure she wasnt. There was a bit of blood on her teeth and some on her chin, but otherwise she was mostly clean.
(IM not quite sure how to put my character dude in)
(Throw him into the graveyard scene or something)
(can he roll in on a flying croissant)
(wAIT NO)
((OOC: Simply jump in. You don't have to join anyone just yet. Can begin with how their day is starting, walking out the door, etc. Get creative. Your charrie will eventually run into another))
The male had once again returned his attention to the window showing the outside world. He remained leaning slightly back in the chair. Though the sudden sound of movement brought his attention. His gaze shifted, soon landing upon the short female who had entered several moments back. Even as he sat in the chair, the male easily towered over her. His once slit pupils became round, showing his relaxed state.
The girl was a cheerful, welcoming him. As for the man, his gaze shifted over to where there was a large menu set up on the wall, displaying different drinks and food. There were some dishes and drinks he recognized, but a good deal even he had never heard of. Though, there was a certain drink he knew right away.
His blue eyes shifted back to the female, "If it isn't too much to ask, a simple cup of strong black coffee. No sugar or cream."
"Alright! Coming right up!" Jasmine zipped to the back and prepared a cup of coffee. She flew back out. "Here you go! That'll be $5.99! If you want I can update you to a free membership!" She smiled.
