Star Girl
River laughed at his joke.."I know right?"
River laughed at his joke.."I know right?"
Taking note of Rivers eye roll, she laughed a little and said, "I agree. Though honestly, after a while you get used to it. Ecspecially if your the one creating all the noise." She said the last part a little quieter, just hinting at her job of main guitarist for a not so popular band.

River laid a hand on her shoulder, "hey, you'll get your break through soon enough."
"I sure hope so," she took a sip of the drink in her hand. Back to the extroverted smiling person she was, she asked, "Are you just planning on talking all night, or are you eventually going to get on the dance floor or do something risky." She winked. "This is a party after all."

River smiled, "yeah, I could use a dance.." she turned to him, "wanna come with?"
Catching her drift, Axtin smirked. "I planned on getting out there as soon as I finished my drink, but if that's a challenge I hear…" he said, looking River in the eyes.

She blushed, "well then is my challenge accepted??"
Taking the last drink of his beer, he nodded. "Oh hell yeah," he replied, smirk still on his face. As he walked towards the dance floor, he threw the empty bottle away.

River followed him and started pulling off some moves
Astra quickly downed the rest of her drink and put it on the nearest table. As she walked out to the dance floor she looked around to see if she could catch anyone's eyes. It appeared she would be taking the first dance alone, but whatever. She quickly fell into the beat of the song, forgetting whatever lonliness was tugging at her before. Now, it was just her, her friends, and the music.
Axtin began to dance as well, movements smooth and agile. He was not backing down from a challenge.

River got a little too into the beat and accidentally bumped up against Axtin, her face burned a bright red
Axtin's smile fell for a second in surprise, but then it immediately returned. He took one of her arms and gave her a gentle spin so she wouldn't fall as he let go. She seemed to get a bit too flustered around him. She was cute, but he didn't want to be so forward that it unnerved her.
Astra smirked at Axtin and River, completly shipping them. They were too cute together, almost like a fairytail romance. She continued dancing, considering getting another drink.
(Astra is me right now ahaha)

wow she thought, " I-I'm sorry….I jus-" she stared into his eyes "really-really….L-like…u-uh"
(Astra is me right now ahaha)
( same!)
Axtin chucked at how flustered she was. "You alright there?" he asked.
"I know I just met you but, I just feel..like…I-know…Y'know? Like as if I want to…be with you…a-and….I'm sorry…I"
Astra stopped and made up her mind to get another drink. "What the hell," was her current thought process for all her standards. What would getting tipsy at one party matter. She took a chair and watched her new otp dance, sipping from her drink every so often.
Axtin stepped closer in her direction so that they were a few inches apart. He arched a brow as he listened to her stutter. He set his hands on her shoulders and embraced her. "Why be sorry?" he asked before pulling away, but still holding her hands, smiling.
" Okay….I'm not sorry" she squeezed his hands, " the truth is…I like you Axtin, even though I've only met you for a few minutes, and no it's not the alcohol talking because I'm the ride home and I didn't drink!"
Axtin laughed at her trying to explain herself. He was no light weight, but hadn't drank much besides the single beer. He kind of hoped his breath didn't smell like alcohol.

River smiled and hugged Axtin
((Welp, it's late where I live, so I'm going to bed. I'll be on tomorrow. Night y'all ))
