Kaz grinned. "Yes you are," he said before pressing a kiss to Vaughn's cheek. "You want breakfast or something? I make a good french toast."
Vaughn hummed, shaking his head in disagreement. He was decently hungry. He hadn’t eaten anything since the day before yesterday. “I could eat,” he said, beginning to trail gentle kisses down Kaz’s neck.

"Well you can't eat me," he chuckled, moving to get off the bed. "Do you think you can walk into the kitchen or do you want me to bring the food in here?"

“I can walk, I’ll be fine,” Vaughn said. He sat up in bed, running a hand through his hair in attempt to fix it, fingers getting caught on a few small tangles. He shifted his legs of the bed, testing his weight slightly on his injured leg. Pain shot though his thigh as he did so, making him clench his jaw, but he could deal with it. He slowly stood, a bit wobbly at first as he balanced most of his weight on his good leg. He felt hot still, like he might have a bit of the fever left in his system. So, he shrugged off his suit jacket, white button up coming off next so he was left in his pants and a fitting white undershirt. He looked at his blood stained button up and set it on the floor, making a mental reminder to burn it or something.
Kaz gulped a little at the sight of Vaughn in an undershirt. He quickly looked away, embarrassed despite the fact that they had already done far more scandalous things than just look at each other. "Uh, you could borrow my hoodie if you want," he offered, running a hand through his hair absently
“Maybe later,” Vaughn said, waving Kaz off. “It’s too hot for one now.” He took a step or two over. He was managing to walk, though he had a noticeable limp when he did so. He arched a brow at the look that Katz had given him. “What is it?”
Kaz gulped. "Nothing," he said before turning to walk into the kitchen. He walked over to the fridge, rummaging through it for the things for french toast. "Do you want something to drink?" he asked, pulling some of the stuff out and setting it on the counter
Vaughn limped into the room at a slow pace, not wanting to make his wound begin to bleed heavily again. He leaned against the counter, glancing around the kitchen. “Do you have any coffee?” He asked, running his fingers through his hair again in an attempt to de-tangle it.
Kaz nodded. "Yeah, gimme a second," he said, setting the things for breakfast aside before going to grab creamer and set it next to the coffee maker. He got down two cups and walked over to the coffee brewer, starting it up while he leaned against the counter. "You should probably sit down in a chair or something."
“Mm, probably,” Vaughn said, but kept standing. “Hey, you have a shower I can use?”
Kaz nodded. "Yeah. It's right across from my room. If you take one now breakfast should be ready by the time you're done," he said. The coffee pot finally filled, and he made himself a cup. "Do you want your coffee now or later?" he asked, pouring creamer in his and taking a long sip
Vaughn chewed on his lower lip in thought as he glanced down at the counter top. “I’ll drink it afterwards,” he said slowly, nodding his head as he spoke.
"Okay, I'll leave it for you. Now go take a shower, you're half covered in blood and I'll have breakfast waiting for you," he said before turning to start making the french toast
Vaughn watched Kaz for a moment before moving up behind him, embracing him from behind, arms laced around his waist. He pressed a kiss to the back of Kaz’s skin, smiling as he did so. “Thank you for all of this,” he said before adding. “And I would love if you were to join me, but I don’t think that’d be best right now.”
Kaz smiled. "Well, I haven't really started the food yet. And I could always make another cup of coffee," he said before turning so they were nose to nose. "So I guess it wouldn't be the worst of ideas," he added lowly before leaning in to kiss him

“Mm, true… And I may need help washing off anyways, I’m injured,” Vaughn murmured before meeting Kaz’s lips with his own.

“Wouldn’t be the first time, the gas station floor can get pretty slippery,” Vaughn joked, laughing lowly. Vaughn took a moment to suck on Kaz’s lower lip, still smirking heavily.
Kaz let a small noise escape his lips, his hands rubbing small circles on Vaughn’s hips. He continued to kiss him for a moment before breaking away, a small grin on his face. “So. Shower?”
