(Goth girl and Shadowboy. Very definitely accurate.)

"Hmph." Sunobi says, reading Romulus's mind. "Try 'Master of Mind.' Go ahead and hit me if you want. Won't work out well, not while I'm ready for it."
Romulus's helmet effectively blocks Sunobi's attempt at mind reading, leaving the mind reader frustrated.
Romulus spreads his hands, an open, friendly gesture. "Who's saying I want to hit you? Unless you make yourself a problem, you'll be fine." He glances over at the girl. "Also, nice throw. Or projection, or whatever that was. Glad it wasn't aimed at me."
Vespera watched everyone curiously.
She quietly places a clear but near impossible to break barrier between Sunobi and Romulus to keep them from rushing at each other. She knew her form probably couldn't handle the shockwaves that could be produced from any fights these two may have.
(Shadowboy, lol!)
Peter watched the exchange between the now larger group in his usual silence. He let his shadow dissipate from his hand but slowly started backing away. Crowds made him uncomfortable.

(I'm back! sorry for the mass confusion– do I just jump in with no clue what to do, or can someone give me a bit of info to build off of??)
"Have we met?" Sunobi asks Peter, for a second time. He senses both barriers created and starts slowly and micosubtly decomposing the physical distance one, but it could take a while.
Vespera notes the fact that her magic was being deconstructed and a number of solutions flash through her head, the easiest one being throw a spike through his spine in a way that won't kill him but will paralyze him permanently.
She eventually settles on targeting specfic areas of the brain with synaptic dampening magic, effectively turning him temporarily into a vegetable.
"Sorry. If you can deconstruct my magic I can't have you thinking of ways to kill me or my patron." she says quietly.

(If you have a minute to read the opening page, and then the action up to this point. Not much has happened, though, we're still just meeting each other. ScotchTape and Emmrii haven't met up with the group yet so you wouldn't have to immediately either)
(( Oh gosh y’all have frickin fAST replies xD Ngl I love it ))
Andromeda always hated mazes as a kid. She had never been in many of them— just the small ones at the pumpkin patch her family used to visit every year— but she had always dreaded going into them. Being in the labyrinth was even worse.
She had been walking for hours, and she was beginning to feel like giving up when she began to sense brain activity coming from further in the labyrinth. It was apart of her ability, after all; she always read thoughts, and there was no way to block them out.
After another ten minutes, she began to hear voices, so she decided it was probably smart to try to get someone’s attention now that she knew she was not alone in the maze.
“Hello?” she called. “Anyone there?”
Romulus could have sworn he saw something shimmer between him and the newcomer, but he couldn't actually see anything. The new guy address Shadowboy, so Romulus turned to look at him. The smaller guy was backing away, and Romulus wanted to reassure him everything was fine, but he didn't know these people and couldn't offer that guarantee. A single glance at Gothgirl was enough to reassure him that he couldn't be sure of these people's backgrounds or motivations. For all he knew, they might all be in here because of one of these 3.
Still….
"My name is Romulus, since we're all new and on edge. There's a tiny bit of trust for you." Building bridges, or discerning his enemies, always required a first step.
Another voice called out from around a corner, and Romulus glanced that way. "Over here!"
(soooooooo anything goes?)
Peter shook his head when the question was directed to him. “I don't think so. I don't talk to a lot of people.” he admitted, trying not to completely hide in his shadows again.
(Quite probable, Wonder.)
Vepsera turns in the direction that the voice had come from but doesn't say anything.
Andromeda peeked around the corner of the labyrinth, noticing a group of people gathered near the wall. Art first, she felt like ducking back into the shadows. After all, she had no clue who these people were, and she had no reason to trust them. But, after thinking it through for a moment, she eventually walked out of the shadows and up t9 the group.
“How interesting.” Andromeda cocked her head, her dark hair falling into her face. “Turns out I’m not alone in here.”
(OKAY I will jump in, but it's actually like 10;20pm over here P-P I SHALL RETURN)
(Okay. Sleep well.)
"You are, indeed, not alone." Romulus says quietly. "We're all just as stuck."
Their little group was growing, and knowing what little he'd seen of the group, the big guy was all sorts of curious about why they were all here.
Andromeda raised an eyebrow before she hesitantly approached the man. He was a lot larger than her, and she had to admit, it was a little intimidating.
“So… we all just woke up in this labyrinth without a single idea of where we are?” She raised an eyebrow as she tried her best to read the thoughts of those around her. “But why?”
Vespera nods.
"I thought it was another puzzle of my Lord, but the one command I gave that always works in His puzzles didn't work here. So I think another Lord is interefering with my Master's business." she says, blocking every attempt to intrude into her mind.
The changeling continued humming.
She had not found any signs of other life yet, and she was not particularly concerned with looking for any. So far she looked at the walls, her hand practically glued to the left wall. Maybe there were noises in the distance, maybe not. Chirp was content to simply wander for now.
She would need food eventually, her body would not last forever, but she could stretch her time much longer than a normal body could. Chirp paused, inspecting a little inscription her deadened fingers had run over. She couldn't feel temperature right now, but she was hypersensitive to change in touch.
Chirp blinked at the words, squinting, then turning her head, trying to look at it upside down and.. Still couldn't read it. Different language and all. Chirp made a 'huh' sound, then shrugged, moving on.
If she heard any sounds, she didn't make any motion to go faster or slower or go in that direction. Chirp resumed her humming, continuing on. She'd run into someone or something eventually.
"Good try." Sunobi cleared his mind. "I would say the same for you," Sunobi says, silently daring her to throw the spike she was thinking about. Sunobi glitched a little, his appearance looking like this. He perked up as he heard another sound. He vanished, appearing behind another person, several hundred yards away, in a different section of the maze. (He's behind Chirp) Summoning a knife, he steps behind the stranger. He tenses, then tackles them to the ground, knee on the strangers chest, knife against their throat. "Who are you?" Sunobi hissed.
Chirp blinked as the world spun suddenly. The bodies lungs were compressed and the skin was probably bruised in several places, which was annoying, but only took a focused moment to get rid of. The changeling looked up at her attacker with a dazed look, and the world came back into focus.
She'd been taken by surprise. Ambushed perhaps? Then she felt the pain, the knife to her throat didn't particularly bother her, she could close the wound if needed, it was the metal. Chirp hissed against the burning feeling, trying to move her head away. She hissed again, then gritted her teeth and stopped struggling, trying to focus, she didn't often feel pain. The metal wouldn't kill her but gods it was annoying.
"Get off of me, and I might tell you-"
Charles was awake for only a few seconds, but his head throbbed like no tomorrow and his eyes were clouded and unfocused.
Where am I? He wondered.
He shook his head and his eyes finally cleared. He looked and saw nothing but gray walls and stone. A passageway led to the right and to the left, but they appeared to have no turns or corners. The sky was dim and the air was musty, but he had no idea what time of day it was.
"Focus on what you know," He whispered to himself reassuringly. He had… stone walls, his armor was still on, air to breathe, he had shoes on, and just a couple feet from him lay… his mace!
He scrambled over to the weapon and felt relief wash over him. His Mace of Earth could get him over the walls to get a better view of where he was. He stood–his knees a bit wobbly–and looked at the wall he was just leaning against. Concentrating, he struck the mace hard to the ground, bracing for the column of dirt beneath him to shoot him on top of the wall. But… nothing happened. He tried again; still nothing.
"Guess you're just a mace here, huh?" He asked the inanimate object, "Would've made it easier…" He strapped the mace to his back and studied the wall carefully.
Guess he'd better start climbing.
Sunobi recoiled at the reaction the knife had on her. He threw it and it impaled itself in a wall nearby. "I- Sorry, I thought you were another one of those creatures that roam." he says, letting a little bit of pressure off the girl's sternum. "You aren't going to hurt me are you?" (Lowkey mid crisis romance question mark?)
