Lloyd shook his head. "No, I just wanted to try and fit in on earth for a while. I was actually in a battle for the heavens and was taken as a prisoner of war. A soldier had mercy on me and helped me disguise myself, and I've been stuck here ever since. I'm not sure what became of him, but I'm fairly sure my family thinks I'm dead."
"Oh, thank goodness. Well, not the family part, but the part about you not being 'fallen'."
"Yes, an angel only becomes a fallen if they have done something terrible, or betrayed the heavens. Most of them are quite rude, I might say."
Tanrial stayed silent, she didn’t like it when people spoke about families, they reminded her of her own.
(sorry guys, i gtg, ill be back in a couple hours)
"I wonder how my brother's doing? He definitely wouldn't be able to get back up to the heavens, at least not without help. He can't fly." Lloyd seemed to sort of zone out, thinking about his past.
Tanrial looked up but didn’t say anything still
(Idk how to respond to absolutely nothing lmao)
Tanrial coughed, “when are we going to leave?” She murmured
"Probably as soon as we get the provisions we need, I'd imagine." Lloyd snapped out of his daze.
Tanrial nodded, “I’ll need to go back to my home to pack some clothes, I say we leave tomorrow.”
"Okay, sounds good to me. Should we meet back here?"
“Yes, if you all go and pack the provisions you think you will need, then meet back here tomorrow at sunrise we will set off. Is that clear?”
"Yep! I guess I'll see you guys tomorrow?" Lloyd put his armor back on and went back home.
“Goodbye.” Tanrial called and her and Mari did the same.
(Should we skip again to the next morning?)
Tanrial was wearing a blue tunic and black pants, completed with her usual hood the next day. She walked to the clearing where they had decided to meet, and stood around in the centre. The sun was just rising. She placed her bag down and made sure she had all the things she needed.
Mari floated in behind her, tugging on a small string of daisies.
Lloyd wore his armor until he got to the forest, where he switched to an oversized hoodie. It would still hide his wings if they had to go to a town, but it was considerably more comfortable. He had brought a couple more pairs of clothes as well, along with a few things that may help in a survival situation, all in a messenger bag that he had brought. There was some extra space in the bag in case they needed to carry something else.
Tanrial smiled, “A new life, Mari. Isn’t that great. We can start over.”
She chirped excitedly and placed the string of daisies on Tanrial's head, making a chain.
Tanrial giggled, “Thankyou, now we just need the others.”
Lloyd walked into the clearing with the bag slung over his shoulder. "Hello, Tanriel. Are you prepared to depart?"
