In the planet of Proxal, there are three continents, Ovek, Soleilis, and Crujaeca. Our story (roleplay) takes place in the mountainous regions of Ovek, where it snows even in the summer. Recently, a man in Central Ovek, has decided to cleanse out the non-magicals of Proxal, because he believes that non-magicals are evil and ruthless. (He's managed to persuade a lot of people because he claims that non-magicals are bad and technically, magicals and non-magicals have had wars with each other and have the kind of stigma between them like Jews and Germans had back then) This man, Aleksai Kilger, is starting with Ovek, his own continent, and is invading villages by killing off or sending non-magicals to camps, where they are subjected to cruel punishment and death under the guise of "Keeping magicals safe" And he is now invading the ice village, where our characters are.
Feel free to make your characters any species as long as they're sentient. ( including human, if you want to be targeted and hated by the "Lenski" army, as they call Aleksai's followers.)

Species: Looks human, but is a skin-shifter, meaning she can change what she looks like, how tall she is, but not her gender or species.
Backstory: She's part of the resistance, against Aleksai.
Opinion towards Aleksai: She hates him. A lot.
