Backstory: Que the sad violin music. So basically, when she was little she would move stuff around with her mind and her parents thought she was possessed so they were like YEET. And this society found her and decided that they needed to know how the FUCK she was doing this shit so que the experiments. There were a few other kids I the institution but they didn't get to talk because they had to train and partake in experiments. The results were inconclusive, and after QUITE a lot of years, she ESCAPED YAY and decided that no more fuckers with power were going to duck with anyone in her city.
Powers: T e l e k i n e s i s . She can break cars in half. She can throw people off bridges. With enough time and effort, she could collapse the Grand Canyon. She's not that type of person, though.

Favorite Weapon: A good ole dagger never hurt anyone - well, it’s stabbed many, and probably cleaved a few others open, too, but that’s why she likes it. Easy, low-maintenance, inconspicuous, and impactful.
Backstory: Oh gods another backstory does she have a terrible home life, or was she constantly bullied and misunderstood this time? (Orchestra, that was your cue.) Mnope, it’s all chaotic. Maybe she was ignored one too many times, expected to be the goody-two-shoes and got tired of the phrase, praised too much, given too cliche expectations, whatever it was, she found her passion in power, knowledge, being rebellious. And tennis. Her growing pursuit of wisdom may have driven her to be a maniac, but she knew she wasn’t going to learn everything if she followed the rules. That train of thought brough Kira straight to crime. She’s found the street smarts to be a wondrous, challenging, educational experience, and craves the power.
Powers (op is fine): Can surround herself with an aura of radiation? There’s probably a better word for it somewhere :P but it makes her almost untouchable. She actually prefers to not use her powers when necessary, because it depletes energy quick as heck.
