Angelo coughed slightly. “Max?”

Max then began telling about how Angelo was so reckless, and if the team lost their captain they’d be doomed. Angelo just laughed, starting to tear up. “Missed you too.”

Angelo nodded at Habiki, taking a deep breath. "I dont think I can make it to practice…"

Max laughed. "I dont think so either"

i can lead. he thought and nuzzled the other softly. his blue eyes watched the others expression for any pain.

Angelo closed his eyes in exhaustion. That sounds good… He handed the phone back to Habiki as he sighed deeply

" i can fill in, im sure i can handle it." he said.

Max nodded on the other end. "Good. You're good enough, we can see if you can manage a team. Hopefully it all works out." He sighed as he leaned against the wall. "Also, feel free to say no, I know you have a lot on your plate, but Rose has really been wanting to go out for lunch sometime and I've just been so busy…"

" any day! " he said " my time is hers. " he said and smiled

Max grinned. "Thank you. Any day really works, just let me know when you're free."

Angelo smiled, pulling Habiki back down towards him. what did you just agree to?

"mmm nothing." he said and smiled

Angelo laughed and leaned on his side. When you said ‘any day’ to Max! What did you agree to?

" watching rose, " he sad and pecked the mask softly.

Angelo grinned, leaning into Habiki. "Hopefully I'm better by then… you like kids, huh?"

" yeah, always have." He said and smiled softly as he looked at their hands.

Angelo smiled and looked down with him. I mean… you know… if we want to be mates for a while… I wouldn't mind having a few He thought quietly, blushing

Habikis face lit up " I'd love too!"

Angelo laughed, interlacing their fingers as he closed his eyes again. Good.

" I'm pretty sure I can preduce when I'm in heat.."

Habiki made a soft face palm. "Omfg I'm done ya know what-" he got up.

Angelo gasped, taking off the mask. "I was joking!! Come back!" He coughed out
