"Sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo………………………" Max started awkwardly, not sure what to do.

"where is your house?" Alita asked trying to break the silence, as they finally made to to the town.

"Right over there," Max answered, pointing towards a small brown house.

Alia walked up to the house and set her deer by the door "Can i put this here quick?" she asked as she turned to Max.

Max shrugged. "Sure."

Alita smiled and waited for Max, unsure if she should knock or if she should follow Max in.

Max glanced at Alita and smiled slightly. "You can follow me in," He said.

"Sounds good!" Alita stood and made sure she looked nice before looking at Max and smiling "Alright, i'm ready to go."

Max smiled slightly and knocked on the door, his sister like last time came out and glared at Max then glanced at Alita. "Who is she?" She asked, glaring at her. "Just let me in. And don't you dare tell mother and father," He muttered, glaring at his sister before grabbing Alita's wrist and walking past her. He handed her the deer and walked towards the basement.

Alita smiled and waved slightly at who she thought was Max's sister and followed Max down to the basement.

His sister became furious when Alita smiled towards her and stomped towards their parents' room. Max walked into the basement and held the door open.

Alita walked through the door "thank you," She smiled at Max and waited until he came in to look around.

"You're welcome," Max smiled back and closed the door before coming in.

Alita smiled at him "so, what's our plan to sneak out?" she looked around the room and started to braid her hair behind her so it was out of her face.

Max shrugged. "I don't know."

Alita finished her braid and tied it off with a piece of leather from in her pocket. "well, do we risk going back upstairs, or is there somewhere down here that would be easy to get out from, a window, or something?" she turned back around and faced Max, she went over to the door and leaned back on it, still watching him.

"I usually just leave the normal way when it's night time, or they're sleeping." Max answered, running a hand through his hair.

Alita nodded "sounds good, what do we do until then?" she looked back at him.

Max shrugged again. "I don't know, what do you want to do?"

Alita looked at him and shrugged "i'm game for anything, you choose."

"Nuuuuuuuu, I'm terrible at picking," Max whined.

Alita giggled "how are you going to get better unless you practice more often," she looked at Max and giggled again "sorry, i'm very stubborn, you're not going to get me to pick."

"I guess we're just going to be sitting here, doing nothing." Max replied with a slight laugh.

Alita giggled "See, you chose something to do, nothing!" she walked over by Max and sat down on the floor, smiling up at him she patted the floor next to her "I even reserved you a seat!"

Max giggled and sat down next to her. "Thanks," He said, a small smile on his face.
