Seeing the motion out of the corner of her eye, she saw Carrio shaking his head, hair whipping as well. Raising a brow, she snickered slightly at his behavior.

Carrio heard her snicker and glanced over. “What’re you laughing about, lady?” He laughed.

To prove her point, Hazel shook her head just as Carrio had done moments ago. After the short moment, she replied, "Oh, just your exaggerative yawn."

Carrio watched her. “There’s no way I yawned like that. No way.”

"Oh yeah you did," she argued with a chuckle. Hazel had her arms loosely crossed over her chest, smirking ever so slightly.

Carrio rolled his eyes and turned in his chair. “Nope. There’s no possible way, that is just ridiculous.” He chuckled softly.

Hazel shook her head lightly, turning back towards the work in front of her. "A ridiculous action from a ridiculous person," she teased lightly.

Carrio turned back to his laptop with a chuckle. “I prefer weird.”

Hazel grinned as the comment was made before another patron walked up to check out their novel. It was simply another horror novel that she hadn't much interest in.

Carrio typed in the book checkout in the catalog anf turned to face her again.
“Ridiculous.”

"Weird," Hazel corrected, using Carrio's own words against him. It was nice when they were able to joke like this. Come to think of it, the young woman thought of her co-worker as her closest friend she had. It felt good to remind herself that fact that he cared.
