Valentina was quiet and calm. She could stay cool in a million degree weather though. She seemed almost flawless and she prided herself on that. Always able to keep control. She finished quickly and cleared the table. And soon enough, it was time for Wren to go home. She for once didn't want him to go but she still treated him the same. "Goodbye Wren, have fun slaughtering sheep tomorrow." She said with an eyeroll, arms crossed over her chest.
Wren narrowed his eyes. He would have been offended by this, but his tone was much more lighthearted.
“You know I don’t kill,” he said. “Yes, that makes the bloodlust more dangerous, yada yada.”
He waved off his hand, shaking his head. “But I can control it. We have a basement for a reason.”
He had to keep from visibly shuttering, but managed to do so. Everything was true. Every time he had to transform, he locked himself in his basement and hoped for the best.
Her eyes softened a bit but quickly hardened. "Well. Have fun anyways." She waved a goodbye and then went to her room as the sun set, and stayed up all night. She normally slept all day and lived through the night except when going to school, so she was exhausted. Still she watched black and white horror movies and ate cookies in the shapes of bats and drank her heated blood. All in all, today for her as a good day.
Wren, back at his own house, was sitting in his room contemplating. His hands were clasped together, resting his chin on them as he hunched over at his desk. He had his elbows propped on the table, and his eyes staring at the clock.
Of course, he was now wearing baggy clothes, many sizes too big. He hated ripping clothes when he transformed.
Wren’s ears twitched with each tick of the clock. Midnight would be there soon enough.

(Okay so I may have made things confusing. It isn't the next day yet. Vampires sleep during the day and come out at night. But since they were having guests Valentina is staying awake the full 24 hours, and sleeping during the day of the full moon, and then it's time for werewolves. A quick explanation before I put up my response. Also I plan on the head male vampire at her school kissing Valentina so maybe you escape from the basement and see the kiss? I don't want this to get too boring…)
(Oh I thought that night would technically be the full moon and so the next day he would still be his wolf form. Whoops)
