Revan leaned over and whispered in Quinn's ear "I think a little bunny likes you." He whispered then walked over to his table.
Revan leaned over and whispered in Quinn's ear "I think a little bunny likes you." He whispered then walked over to his table.
Ivory raised an eyebrow, watching as Revan walked away. “Why’d he leave so quickly?” she asked, confused. His whispering to Quinn and walking away like that made her a bit nervous.
Quinn chuckled, his smirk quirking up again. "Nothing you need to worry about." He replied to Ivory. "Although I don't think i ever got your name."
“It’s Ivory,” she replied, glancing over at Revan, a bit suspicious. She yawned again.
Revan smirked when she looked over. Then he continued eating his ice cream. When he finished he decided to save all the others for later.
"Alright. And I'm Quinn Hart, in case you didn't know already." He said, looking at her.
“Okay,” she looked back at him. “What time is it?” She yawned again. She still didn’t want to go home yet, but sleep sounded so nice.
He shrugged. "I don't know."
“Oh,” she replied. “I’m getting a little tired. I guess I should probably head home…”
He stood. "Want me to walk you home?" He asked.
“Would you?” she asked. “That’d be great.” She smiled tiredly.
He nodded. "Sure. You'll have to show me the way." She's very innocent, if she's going to show me the way to her house without any misgivings. He thought.
“Okay,” she replied. “It’s not too far from here.” Her tiredness didn’t help with her naïveté here, unfortunately for her. She got up and yawned. “It’s nice of you to volunteer to walk me home. A little weird though, I guess.”
He laughed. "Just being a gentleman." He wasn't a rapist or stalker, it wasn't like he was going to sneak into her house or anything. He just couldn't believe she was this trusting of someone she barely knew.
Ivory was nervous about getting home in the dark. She didn’t make a habit of going places like this, and she definitely didn’t like the idea of walking by herself in the dark. Though the thought occurred to her that Quinn might have ulterior motives. “Okay, I guess we should get going then,” she replied. “Um, we don’t have to go all the way there, just part of the way. You know, through the scary part of town.”
Revan looked over at them and smiled at them talking. Then he got up and put all his ice creams in a bag.
Quinn laughed softly. "Through the villain part of town, you mean?" He asked, raising an eyebrow.
Ivory blushed. “Yeah, that’s what I mean,” she replied, standing up and getting out of her seat. “I can take it from there.”
Quinn nodded, waiting for her so he could start walking. His red eyes glittered from beneath his hat. He was wearing a white button up shirt, with a stylish best over top. Not usually something people wore at a bar, but he managed to pull it off quite well.
Ivory glanced at him before walking out of the restaurant and through the villain part of town, glancing left and right as if expecting a villain to pop out at any moment.
Quinn walked beside her calmly. After a few minutes, another man came out from an alleyway, eyes raking over Ivory in a predatory way. He whistled, approaching her and paying no attention to Quinn. "My my, not many girls brave enough for this area." He said in a low tone, coming close to her. Quinn stiffened.
(Just gonna make a random dude that will never show up again XD)
Her eyes widened, and she actually hopped backwards. “P-please leave me alone,” she stammered, glancing at Quinn. She took a step towards him, hoping he’d say something to make the guy go away.
(lol ok)
Quinn cleared his throat, eyes flashing. "Leave her be." He said in a low voice, one hand slipping into his pocket.
The man's eyes flicked to Quinn. "Oh. It's you."
Ivory had no clue what that meant, but she was glad that it meant the man wasn’t advancing any further. Her gaze flickered between them a moment, not saying anything.
Quinn nodded. "Yes. Me. Now get out."
The man sighed softly, eyes flickering to Ivory. "Ain't going to share, are you?"
