Loriana slowly came out of her room, running her hand through her hair as she looked around keeping a quick pace, looking for any doors these doctors might have accidently left open or unlocked as she walked down the halls.

(oof I'm here)
(and don't worry, I read EVERYTHING! You gave a lot of thought to the founders of the hospital, Topaz!)
“Mm, fifteen, I believe? Maybe fourteen.. I’m kept in the dark quite often,” Vaughn responded slowly.
"I'm not sure. I try to ignore the nurses. They make me upset."
Kaden unlocked the door to James' hospital room. His buff arms crossed across his chest. "Have you finished your tantrum?" He asked, an eyebrow raised.
Loriana went down to the kitchen to sneak some extra food, smiling as she successfully took an extra bread roll and then hurried up to the rec room so she could start drawing.
Marya picked at the fringes of her gown, hoping her bullet wound would get better. What had happened again? She didn't remember. And she didn't want to. Hugging herself, Marya rocked back and forth. I don't want to know. I don't want to know. And I'm really hungry.
"Yes," James spat, "Now let me out."
"No. Now sit. It's time for you medication." He closed the door behind him a nd stepped further into the room.
"Why do I need to do this anyway?" James rolled his eyes and remained standing.
She grabbed her things to draw, then hurried to Marya's room. When she came in, she knocked on the wall and held up the bread.
"To get better. If you don't take your medication, you'll never get better which mean I'll be stuck with you forever. Now sit."
Hey!!)
“Oh. Um, at least you’re almost done?”, Rafael replied uncertainly, eyes traveling around the room. Poor guy.
The bed creaked as Marya stepped off from it, taking a small step. Her bare legs under her hospital gown wobbled a bit at the slight pain that came from the bullet hole in her thigh. She walked towards the door, hoping to call a nurse for some food.
"Is being stuck with me such a pain," James grinned at him.
"Marya," Loriana said softly, confused she didn't see her at first. "I have some bread for you."
He unfolded his arms. "If you don't sit James, I'll make you. So be a good boy and take a seat so you can get your medication."
"Bread?" the words felt strange in her mouth, like she hadn't talked for a while. "I like bread."
"No," he remained standing, "Why do I need medicine anyway?"
"We just went over this. If you don't take your medicine you won't get better. Don't you want to get better?"
"No," James responded.
She nodded and gently helped Marya back to bed as she pulled over a little tray and set the bread, a cup of soup, and then took a cup and went to get her some water. "I got you some stuff to draw with too!"
"And why is that James? You want to be I'll and pitied and sympathized for the rest of your life?"
"My friend liked to draw. I don't….I don't remember his name." Marya took a bite of the bread. "He reminds me of something. Of sadness. I don't like being sad."
