(When do you think you’ll be back on more frequently? If it’s not too long of a wait I can keep your characters in, I have a few characters to eliminate already selected from people who haven’t responded in like a super long time.)

(Erm… maybe a few weeks, tops? Not too long, but long enough.)
(Well, ill postpone eliminating your character for a while then, but eventually if you don’t show back up I’ll just eliminate them. I don’t want to get rid of too many each time to start anyway)
(Okay, thanks. If you do, that's okay. I won't blow up.)
(Oke doke!)
"That's amazing!!" Zia said enthusiastically. "You designed that? It's beautiful! I wish i had that type of skill."
"It's not a skill, really." Jade looked down with a small smile and blushed, for the first time in a pretty long while. "It was more like… it was long ago. I designed a couple of dresses and that was all. But I guess they're pretty good. How about you? What do you like to do?"
“So, Miss Jane, I haven’t had the chance to talk to you at all, mind telling me a little bit about yourself?” The prince danced gracefully as always, happy to meet another one of the girls that were in the selection.
“Er, well. . . .” Jane didn’t like to talk about herself. But the Prince was right. How would they get to know each other if she never told him anything about herself? “I love to read. My mother is a librarian so I’ve always loved to read. My father is a doctor. I have an older sister. Well, technically, I have two, but the eldest died at a young age, far before I was born. I’m the baby of the family.”
“I’m sorry to hear about your sister,” He said gently. A small and happy smile moved onto his face as he looked at her again, “I’m afraid I might have to show you the royal library if you like reading, it’s a treasure trove of any time of book you could ever want.”
Jane’s eyes widened and her mouth opened in delighted surprise. “There’s a royal library? Well of course there is.” Another realization seemed to pass across her face. “But I’m allowed to go in it? And read the books?”
“If I give you permission to, yes you are. As for the reading books, you can read any of them besides the ones in protected cases, my parents wouldn’t be too happy if those were taken out,” He replied, spinning her and continuing to dance. “I’ll take you there some day this week.”
"I would love that Your Majesty. Thank you so much," Jane said when she spun back towards the Prince. "I did bring some books of my own, but I'm on my last one." She smiled at him, grateful. "You are saving me Your Majesty."
He smiled, noting that the song was slowing to a stop, “You're welcome, and please, just call me Talin.” In his mind he made a note to ask for all the contestants to call him Talin, Your Majesty was too formal to him.
“Alright Talin. . . .” The song came to an end and Jane sunk into a deep curtsy. “It has been a pleasure Your Ma- Talin. Thank you for the dance and the promise of books.”
He chuckled slightly and bowed respectfully back at her, “The pleasure is all mine, Miss Jane.” With that, he smiled and walked off the dance floor with her, already planning how he could spend more time with each girl, from bringing them to the library, pizza, or just riding horses.
Jane saw some girls talking over by the wall. She hadn't talked to any of them. She maybe had one conversation on the first day. May as well start now. She heard them talking about their gowns. "Hello. I don't believe I've really talked to any of you."
After ending the conversation with Zia, Jade didn't really know what to do. It was definetly not her first time at a ball, but at the military balls she usually had all her friends there to talk to and dance with. Now… not really. Henry was on guard duty and Marcus… as much as she liked to annoy him, she still couldn't do that all night. And she had no idea were Sonia was.
(Wait. Jane walked up to Jade, right? I kinda just had had her leave the convo, sorry for that. Didn't see your post.)
(Its okay. Sorry I didn't see the conversation ended. But yeah she walked up to Jade)
(Can we do a reboot please?)
(Oooo Yeah! I would be down to do that, if any of you guys would join?)
((I totally would…))
(I mean, why not.)
(yeah!!)
(Alright :) If more people want to reboot this they totally can join in! Do you want to continue on this thread or shall I make a new one?)
(New one would probably be neater.)
