"So" The person whispered still veiled in shadows. "Either you continue to struggle and I take you to the queen immediately or you stop and we can talk."

Madelyn throw her head back agent the surface she was being held a against, Why dose this have to happen now? she turned back to him with pleading eyes.
"So is that a yes?"
"Maddie?" Oliver called out, looking around the dark forest. So far, there was nothing, only complete dark and the sound of wind whistling through the trees. He started to get anxious, praying that she was alright. "Maddie!"
Madelyn nodded, Maybe I can talk him out of this.
Cade’s ear twitched, “Whoever they are, they are pretty quiet. Quiet enough to blend in with the natural sounds of the forest.”
"Can you hear her? Is she somewhere near us?" Oliver asked quickly, glancing around the forest.
Reyna spun franctically. “People don’t just disappear like this!” What about your parents, little princess?
//so it’s occurred to me that Ace might be able to find her based off the whole of her romantic feelings towards Oliver. Do you guys want that to happen or let Xeno’s character and Maddie interact a bit more?
"Maddie?" Oliver called out, looking around the dark forest. So far, there was nothing, only complete dark and the sound of wind whistling through the trees. He started to get anxious, praying that she was alright. "Maddie!"
As you look out you notice the shadows appear to be churning at the edge of the firelight.
(Like Chelsea and Cade could probably hear their voices too, but.)
//then why don’t they .-.
(Because Idk if Xeno and Ava want their characters to interact more.)

"Maddie?" Oliver called out once again, making his way towards the churning shadows across from him. He narrowed his eyes, focusing on the movements as he quickened his pace. Please be here.
(Come one Xeno let Madelyn be able to talk)
Madelyn nodded, Maybe I can talk him out of this.
"Good now I want you to tell your friends to leave. If you mention me or being in danger in any way, I will kill all of you slowly and painfully." He warned as the gag dissipated.
(Come one Xeno let Madelyn be able to talk)
(Yeah I know.)
Madelyn to a shaky breath before smiling, "Don't come any closer, everything is, ok. Just some court business."
"Court business?" Oliver asked, furrowing his brow faintly in confusion. "Maddie. . . what's wrong?" He continued, stepping closer to her voice.
"It's because my father is missing," She said, "There is a vacant seat on the council and it tradition to have a hatter on the court council."
Oliver nodded, stepping towards Maddie slowly as he glanced at the shifting shadows against the tree line. He looked back at her, a questioning look on his face. What were those noises then. . . Maddie wouldn't lie, would she?
A cruel grin plastered his face as Maddie convinced them to stay away. Oh what fun this was going exactly as expected.
Reyna hesitated glancing at Cade and Chelsea, then Oliver. Uncertainty flickeredin her eyes.
"Please, Oliver, You have not chosen a court yet," She said, "It goes agents the laws to bring an outsider to official meetings."
"Maddie, this doesn't feel right." Oliver answered slowly, not meeting Maddie's gaze as he looked around, watching the forest. Something was there. He knew it.
"This is just how business is done," She said, "This has to be taken care of immediately, there is a defector from the white court and the seat needs fill right away. So a trial can get under way."
