“I am not accidentally getting drunk around you,” Erikos said with a sigh. “You don’t need to put up with that. I am an absolute train wreck when drunk. Like, train that ran off a cliff and slammed into a navy ship train wreck.”
"I'm already a train wreck right now. You getting drunk will just give me some company," Daus explained as if it all made sense, shrugging loosely as he brushed a few stray strands of hair away from his face. "But, hey, if you don't want to…don't do it," He added, smiling a bit to reassure Erikos. Even though Daus was drunk, he still had some common sense left over.
Erikos sighed, taking a moment to stare at the glass. Well…one more couldn’t hurt, right? He took the glass, taking a sip before looking back up at Daus. “There. I am now slightly buzzed. Does that count?” he asked with a chuckle
Adeline laughed a bit, before sliding out and splashing into the nearby water.
Fuck
Erikos sighed, taking a moment to stare at the glass. Well…one more couldn’t hurt, right? He took the glass, taking a sip before looking back up at Daus. “There. I am now slightly buzzed. Does that count?” he asked with a chuckle
"Definitely," Daus answered, a rare laugh escaping him as he took another sip from his own drink as he turned to face Erikos. He was about to compliment the other man even more, but he still had somewhat of a filter over his words and motions.
“So…” Erikos began, taking another sip of his drink. “What brings you to a nature vacation resort? Didn’t think that was a godly thing or whatever,” he said, trying to make some conversation
"Well, I just needed to do something to get away from all…that," Daus explained, shrugging loosely as he referred towards the other gods. He just wanted to get out of the whole 'all mighty god stereotype' and do something in the mortal world. Something other than judging poor souls in the afterlife. "What about you? Did you just come for the rum?" He teased, drumming his fingers against the bar's wooden counter out of habit as he looked towards Erikos.
“Well, after I got my ass kicked by a couple wendigos, I figured it was vacation time. So I came here for a bit. Booze, pretty people, and a huge fake river? Definitely a vacation,” Erikos chuckled
She swam to a nearby rock, pulling herself up and coughing a bit.
“Well, after I got my ass kicked by a couple wendigos, I figured it was vacation time. So I came here for a bit. Booze, pretty people, and a huge fake river? Definitely a vacation,” Erikos chuckled
"Definitely," Daus nodded, laughing a bit as he finished his glass yet again, but decided to lay off the alcoholic drinks. "Is it just me, or do you always meet the hottest people on vacation? 'Cause I'm pretty sure you're one of those people," he joked, flashing a crooked grin at Erikos.
“Eh, I think everyone meets the pretty people on vacation,” Erikos chuckled, his face flushed a little from both the alcohol and the compliment. “But hey, you’re pretty hot too. Gods are always hot, but you’re the hottest.”
(i think im gonna have to drop outta this one guys)
(i dont have anyone to prevent me from third wheelingggg)
(Sorry, I was on a small road trip with friends)
"Please, if you think I'm hot, you should meet the other gods," Daus answered, his cheeks clearly tinted pink next to his half white curls. He took another sip from his own drink, trying to distract himself from Erikos' compliment.

"All gods are hot. You, on the other hand are…supernova hot," Erikos insisted. "Like, totally would make out with you for a couple hours in a cabin hot," he said with a small chuckl
"Make out?" Daus asked, his voice taking on a bit of a squeak as he looked towards Erikos, sure that his face had heated up even more. He cursed under his breath in some odd language, trying to keep himself from getting even more flustered.
“Uh, yeah,” Erikos said, a devious glint in his eye. He leaned towards Daus a little, a smirk beginning to form on his face. “And if I’m being honest, you’ve got a pretty kissable face,” he continued
"A-are you sure?" Daus stammered, chastising himself for being so nervous as he met Erikos' gaze for a moment before looking away. He suddenly noticed how close they were to one another and felt himself move forward a bit too. For once, Daus was the flustered one.
“I think I’m pretty sure,” Erikos murmured before gently putting his hand on Daus’ chin. He leaned in, now dangerously close to the other man
"And, are you sure that you aren't drunk either?" Daus teased, his cheeks turning a new shade of pink at Erikos' touch as he leaned faintly as well.
“Oh no, I’m totally half drunk. But if anything, that just helps me do this.” With that Erikos leaned in, pressing their lips together gently
Daus made a surprised sound at that but leaned into the kiss soon after, one of his hands resting on Erikos' hip hesitantly. He didn't really understand why Erikos made him so flustered, but hey, that's probably what liking someone is.
Erikos pressed into the kiss, happy that Daus was actually participating. His hands moved to Daus’ sides, running gently along them as he did so
Daus warmed at the touch, tilting his head faintly to the side as one of his hand's moved to the back of Erikos' neck. After a few moments, he broke away, a wide smile spreading across his face as he looked up towards Erikos. "That…that was pretty great," he said, laughing softly.
