"Damn right I'm hot. Don't know about cute though. Might have to work on that one," Erikos said, returning the smile. God, how he loved to see Daus smiling like that. He leaned forward a little, pecking the tip of the other's nose before returning to his coffee
"And modest," Daus teased, scrunching his nose up adorably as he felt Erikos peck his nose with a kiss. He felt his smile broaden even more and decided to distract himself by stuffing even more cookies into his mouth.
Erikos giggled at the sight of Daus stuffing his face with cookies. "You look like the cutest squirrel I've ever seen," he laughed, pressing a few more kisses to the other's face before taking a cookie from Daus' hand. He popped it in his mouth, still grinning as he smiled at the other
(Lmao, for some reason, I started to wonder what it would be like if Daus and Erikos had met when they were younger. As teens or something.)
"Squirrel?" Daus asked, though his voice came out as something muffled before he returned Erikos' smile, leaning over to rest against the other man's shoulder. He laughed softly at the kisses, trying to remember a time when he had been so happy next to someone else. Where he had actually smiled for once.
(oh man, that would be interesting. Erikos was…odd when he was younger, to say the least lol)
"Yes, you look like a squirrel," Erikos insisted, pressing a quick kiss to Daus' nose before downing the rest of his coffee. He reached for the half plate of bacon he still had left, only now beginning to feel a bit full
(Lmaoo. Daus was just this confused, young god. And now I'm tempted to create some roleplay so I can stick young Daus in it, but I just need to find a theme.)
Daus laughed as he finished his cookies off, studying the others in the room as he continued to lean against Erikos. "Well, at least I'm a cute squirrel," he commented, a small smile tugging the corners of his lips up as he readjusted the bandages wrapped around his hands.
(yeah, Erikos was a pirate that had 0 self control and was pretty crazy)
"Cutest squirrel of them all. Now, the real question is how a cute squirrel fell for a scary shark?" Erikos said, flashing Daus a sharp-toothed grin. He took a bite of bacon, unable to keep from smiling
(I can imagine that right now. Hm, I might just make some other asylum/hospital type RP so I can throw teenage Daus in.)
"'Cause the shark happened to be hot," Daus teased, laughing softly as he noticed the meaning behind Erikos' 'metaphor' type thing. He took one of his Erikos' hands subconsciously, rubbing his thumb against the back of the other man's hand as a comforting feeling spread through his chest.
(lol yeah)
Erikos brought Daus' hand up to his lips, pressing a soft kiss to the other's hand as he grinned up at Daus. He pressed a few affectionate kisses to the knuckles, still smiling to himself as he did so
(mk, I'll probably make it now then.)
Daus smiled softly at Erikos' kisses, resting his head against their shoulder again as he released a faint yawn. He was beginning to get a bit tired even if he had slept more than any other time in his life.
"Aww, are you sleepy, babe?" Erikos teased lightly, smiling as he pressed a kiss to Daus' nose. He finished his platter of bacon, moving on to eat the tray as he grinned
"A little," Daus shrugged, though another yawn escaped him as he rubbed his eyes tiredly, wondering why he was getting tired so suddenly. He liked the pet name that Erikos just gave him, and he would make sure to tell them later.
"Aww, well let's get you to bed, shall we?" Erikos said. He finished eating the tray, ignoring the look one of the servers gave him before moving to stand. He took Daus' hand, standing and taking the other with him gently
Daus hummed in agreement, taking Erikos' hand as he let the other man lead him back towards the cabin. He had grabbed a few extra cookies from the table and popped them in his mouth, deciding to take full advantage of the good food at the resort.
Erikos laughed a little at the way Daus was hoarding the cookies. He took one from the other's hands, biting into it as he smiled at Daus. They walked over to the cabin, past the water and up to the porch
"Those are my cookies," Daus protested, a joking tone evident in his voice as he walked alongside Erikos and towards the cabin door. He took a bite out of another cookie, deciding that they must be his favorite food now.
"And that one was mine," Erikos said, grinning happily as he opened the door to the cabin. He locked it behind them, tugging Daus over to the large bedroom towards the back of the cabin. He flopped down on the bed, smiling widely up at Daus as he did so
Daus laughed as he plopped down next to Erikos on the bed, the soft sheets somehow fueling his fatigue. He rolled closer towards Erikos, slinging an arm around them loosely as he released a small yawn.
Erikos tilted his head a little, pressing a kiss to Daus' lips. "You taste like chocolate chips," he mumbled, shifting onto his side as he tugged Daus a little closer. "And chocolate tastes pretty good," he added before pressing their lips together again
"I bet," Daus mumbled, closing his eyes as he tilted his head to the side as well, one of his hands pressing against the base of Erikos' neck. He felt at peace next to Erikos, not having to worry about judgements or the other gods.
"Tastes even better on your lips," Erikos murmured, enjoying the way Daus had his hand on his neck. He reached a hand up to run through Daus' hair, kissing him slowly as he did so
Daus made a small humming sound at the way Erikos ran a hand through his curly hair, eventually causing it to fall out of the short, tied style it was originally is. He parted his lips faintly, sure that his cheeks had heated up a bit from the comment.
Erikos kissed Daus just a little harder, continuing to run his hand through the other's hair. He knew that Daus was probably wanting to sleep, but he found he just couldn't get enough of the other
Daus pulled Erikos closer to himself, smiling faintly at the way they continued to run a hand through his hair. He pulled away after a long moment, releasing a small sigh as he looked up towards the taller boy.
Erikos flashed him a smile, running his hand through Daus' hair one last time before pressing a kiss to the other's nose. He moved so he was more next to Daus, slinging an arm over the other as he smiled
