"It- well, it doesn't really matter anymore," Sephie said, avoiding Lindsey's gaze. She squeezed her hand.
"It's just, well, my ex-girlfriend." She looked down. there's no good way to tell your soulmate about your ex

"I understand. Did she dump you or did you dump her?" Lindsey asked. Trying not to be intrusive she added, "You don't have to answer that if you don't want to."
"No, it's fine," Sephie sighed and finally looked back up. "She dumped me and kicked me out of our apartment. We had dated for four years, and suddenly things just started going wrong. I don't mind now since I met you, but at the time, how was I supposed to know I'd meet my soulmate? Before the breakup, we'd been arguing a lot, and I hadn't wanted to be at our apartment, so I spent time even more at the studio. Now I'm staying in a hotel down the street and haven't spoken to Brittney for about two weeks." She rubbed her face with her free hand. "It's been a rough couple weeks until I met you." she gave Lindsey a small smile.
(heyo)
"That is rough." Lindsey said, tracing a heart on Sephie's hand with her thumb. "I'm here for you."
Sephie smiled, glad that after all the bad stuff, something good had finally happened to her. She didn't know she could be this happy.
"Thanks," she said softly, squeezing Lindsey's hand. "I'm glad we found each other."
After staying like that for a couple of minutes, Sephie shook herself out of her lovestruck daze.
"So, what do you want to do now?"
Lindsey was broken out of the trance Sephie had her in and smiled brightly. "Should we go somewhere more private?" A mischevious smile broke on to Lindsey's face as she looked into Sephie's beautiful eyes, caught once more in the trance.
"Whatever you'd like," Sephie replied with a wink.
"Alright let's go then." Lindsey beamed and took Sephie back out to the bike.
As they got on the bike, Sephie turned to Lindsey. "So, where are we headed?"
"My place?" Lindsey said it like a question, politely double checking that it was okay with Sephie.
"Sounds good," Sephie said with a smile. "Mind if we stop by my hotel really quick? I taught a tae-kwon-do class this morning and haven't gotten a chance to change."
"Not at all. Go ahead." With that, they drove off.
They arrived at the hotel not long after, and Sephie led Lindsey up to her third-floor hotel room. She grabbed a change of clothes consisting of dark grey leggings and a baggy, bright yellow sweatshirt with donuts on it.
"I'll be just a second," she said as she went into the bathroom to change.
(If anyone recognizes this sweatshirt I will be so happy)

"Alright." Lindsey sat down and waited patiently for her return. She sighed and exhaled. She had finally found her soulmate.
(I recognize it but don't know where from.)
(if you're into kpop, Mark from GOT7 wore it in their Just Right music video)
(May I join?)

Meanwhile, in the bathroom…
BREATHE PERSEPHONE BREATHE she's your soulmate AHHHHHH she's so cute! AHHHHHHH you're making her wait. AHHHHHH oh yeah, guess I better finish up. AHHHHHHHH…
Sephie couldn't help but internally fangirl as she changed. She changed clothes, brushed her hair, and touched up her makeup. After she finished, she looked at herself in the mirror and smiled. She did a little dance and screamed silently before leaving the bathroom
Lindsey stood when she heard the door open. She looked at her beauty and tried not to squeal out loud. This was her soulmate! Lindsey was so happy that she rushed over and gave Sephie a big hug. Embracing her tightly in her arms.
Sephie was slightly surprised but gladly embraced her soulmate tightly, burying her face in her hair.
Her hair smells nice. Is that weird of me to think?
"I'm so glad to have met you," she whispered
"You have no idea…" Lindsey said in agreement. "You look fabulous." She whispered in her ear.
Sephie blushed, glad Lindsey couldn't see her face. Stars, she was already head over heels for this girl.
"Thanks," she whispered back. How can I be this lucky?
Lindsey pulled away from the hug slowly and then looked her directly in the eyes. "Let's head out now, shall we?" She said, offering her hand once more.
