(Yeah I get it.)

Micheal looked up at her. “Oh, I guess we could go back to my apartment.” He stood up, sighing softly.

Red smiled warmly glad that the blue around him didn't stop him from helping her. "Okay." She glanced at the sky to see another few wishes fly.

Wishes were interesting. They were never truly about helping other humans. It was all about helping themselves to not be heartbroken.

The wish.

Red stopped for a second. I wonder who wished. The wish that she had granted had astounded her. It was like the last petal on a rose that was fragile and crinkling at the edges. It was the one that pushed her over the edge. I wonder where the human is now.

Micheal nudged her. She seemed to be dozed off on her feet, gazing up at the sky. She has just yelled at him for gazing up, about to make a wish, yet there she was, staring.
“Er… are you ready to go? Do you need help?”

@Every_Fandom_Ever_

She snapped back to attention. "Huh? Oh, I- no." She looked to the ground, her hair falling in front of her face. You're on Earth now. It would be pointless to find them. It was more her trying to convince herself that it wouldn't matter. No matter how heartfelt the wish was.

Micheal blinked. She seemed sad. She looked sad when she looked at him. Maybe she was just naturally sad? No. He must be upsetting her somehow.
“Wh-what’s wrong?” He asked tentatively, hoping it wasn’t he that was upsetting her.

@Every_Fandom_Ever_

Don't you want to see if their wish is granted?

She looked up at him suddenly, her brown eyes having a slight edge to them. She swept the hair out of her face before asking. "Do you think you could help me find someone?" She wasn't sure if he would, but it was worth a try. Worth it to see if she had helped at all.

Micheal blinked a couple times. “Er… alright, Red. Who do you need to look for?” He knew a lot of people in New York. He hasgood affiliations in a gang that’s pretty active, too. So if he couldn’t find whomever this lady was looking for, they could.

@Every_Fandom_Ever_

She sighed. "That's the thing: I don't know." The thing about wishes is that they are seemingly anonymous. No name is attached to them unless they specifically say it. However, she watched the whisp come from around New York. She was sure of that.

(Oooh is it him? What if he wished for someone to love? And he just kept wishing and wishing for it?)

Micheal blanked out. “Wh-what’s the point of looking for them, then? Certainly there’s no reason to.” He twirled his fingers together in his pocket. “If there is, could we look in the morning? It’s very dark.” Micheal didn’t like the dark very mich.

@Every_Fandom_Ever_

(Yeesss that's actually what I have for my plot line for NaNo.)

"I mean, it's important." I granted their wish. "But I guess we could wait till tomorrow morning."

There were a whole lot of people in New York, and with no way she knew of to really tell exactly who wished, she just hoped they'd find them or find a way to.

(Yyayayyaaaaaa)

Micheal blinked and tilted his head. “Why is it important? Why are you in such a rush?” He tilted his head back up again.

@Every_Fandom_Ever_

She drifted off for a moment as she answered. "Because I want to see if it worked…" Maybe if I ask what they want to wish for…Or I could try to catch the whisps before they float to the stars…

Micheal blinked and shook his head. Clearly this woman was off her rocker.
“If… if what worked…?”

Micheal raised an eyebrow. “A wish? Is this what you’re after? You can just look up there and ask them.” He pointed upward.

Micheal tilted his head again. “Granted? What do you mean by that, Red?”

Micheal squinted but nodded slightly. “Okay. My home’s just a couple minute’s walk, so…”

@Every_Fandom_Ever_

"Okay, well then lead the way." She did her best to cover her multiple mistakes. Thanks last thing she needed for the only person who would help back away in horror as she tried to explain.

Micheal nodded and started off down the path back home. He didn’t get to make wishes tonight, but he could come back again. Wishes helped him cling onto the fact that something was listening.

@Every_Fandom_Ever_

Red followed behind but not too close. She was thinking to hear to keep up on how she would find the wish. There wasn't really an efficient way. The only way to do it would take time that she didn't want to waste.

Micheal led out of the forest, then paused so she can catch up. In New York, it was difficult to walk one behind the other. They had to walk side-by-side in case something happened.

@Every_Fandom_Ever_

(Ooooofff I thought I had responded)

Red was so into her thoughts she hadn't noticed Micheal had stopped. Her ideas were limited, almost all of them taking too much time, but it didn't stop her from thinking through everything inch by inch.

You know what you could tr-

She ran right into having not noticed his stopping. She stumbled back a little. "Sorry."

(Oooooof)

Micheal grabbed her quickly to stop her from falling over the cracked pavement. He retracted, with a quick jolt-gutting realization that a handful of blood was left on her white, perfect shirt.
“Th-that’s okay.”
