"That would be fantastic, actually. Whole reason I was out was to fix these injuries." She frowned at the snapped cable that had offlined the hound. "You can come in I guess. I need to drag Spot here back in before someone sees him."

“I have to grab some stuff. My dad is a mechanic, see,” she explained, turning around. “What do you need?”
"Just some high-voltage wire. I need the small, heavy duty stuff to fix most of my injuries. And maybe some armor panels? I can throw the other stuff together with what I've got."
“Alright, see you in a few.”
She was back soon with a bag of everything. “Hi.”
"Hi." A few droids had the hound halfway inside the warehouse, and they were struggling to move it any further. She took the bag. "Thanks."
“I can hang out for ten minutes before I have to go. Do you need help with anything? I can jumpstart something.”
"Well if you could get Spot here up and running for a moment so I can get him inside, that'd be great."
“Yeah sure,” Halle said, walking over. Her hands lit up and she pressed them to Spot’s control board.
The mechanical hound jumped to life, and the droids pulling it scurried away in fear. "Spot, protocol Gamma 2." The jumpy robot ducked its head and went back inside the warehouse, scraping its horns on the top of the door
“He’s cool. Like really cool.”
"Uh. Thanks. My twin drew him up before she went missing. I've been building him ever since. You wanna come in?"
Riley watched from the shadows, all her senses on high alert. She had no idea why the robot and human seemed to be cooperating. It was practically unheard of.
“Sure,” she said. To release all the lightning from her hands, she shook them a little, sending streaks of lightning in every direction. It illuminated another girl standing in the shadows. “Wa- how long have you been there?” Halle asked, spinning.
Troja whipped around. Great. More people had found her warehouse
Damn. Riley had been so bemused by the situation, she had completely forgotten to take any precautions.
"Only a few minutes," Riley answered, shrugging. Perhaps these two could prove useful to have as allies.
She looked between the robot and Riley. “You’re not going to… attack us or anything, right?”
"Probably not." Riley reassured her. "So long as you don't attack me."
“Okay… sorry if I hit you with lightning. I’m Halcyone, but you can call me Halle. You are?”
"How in the universe did so many people manage to follow me in one day?!" Troja exclaimed, exasperated
“You weren’t exactly conspicuous,” she told Troja.
"You would think I could at least pass as a droid for one day," she grumbled
“Nah,” she grinned. “I should probably be leaving now - you too,” she said gesturing to Riley. “Sacrifice Ceremony is starting soon.”
"Oh no. That's today. Not good." Troja started to panic a little. She was supposed to finish something to protect herself from being sacrificed by today but her injuries had slowed her down
//But she’s a robot
she won’t be sacrificed
(oh wait I thought someone said she was on the sacrifice list earlier)
