(@Carrots Millie's arriving at the academy right now.)
Millie walked into the academy carrying Scipio and quickly rushed to the nurse's office. "Excuse me, this boy is badly injured. He has bruises and red marks all over his neck." Millie said with a scared shaky voice. The nurse was shocked and quickly took Scipio into a room.
Angel's eyes fluttered open as she woke up. Her body ached and her memories a bit hazy. The first thing she saw was burnt grass everywhere and saw that Cicada was laying in the middle of that. She tried to stand but her legs wouldn't listen, so she crawled. Crawling up the stairs many thoughts went through her mind. What happened and where is everyone? she laid at the doors a bit to tired to move.
(I have to go to bed. Goodnight.)
(Okay)
Aramis slipped out of the shadows, feeling slightly drained and pale from being in them for too long, when he saw Millie with some boy. After she left the nurses office he spoke to her, “Everything okay?” He asked, quietly.
(Aw gn)
Millie heard a familiar voice and turned around and saw Aramis, "Not really, a kid got injured and I have no idea where Angel and the others are…" Millie crossed arms and does a worried sigh.
He nodded, “Okay. Is anyone else hurt?”
"I don't think so…" Millie looked down, she couldn't stop thinking about the whispers. It made her feel unsettled and worried.
“You don’t look okay. I know that look, I sometimes look like that, most of the time. What’s wrong?” He asked again.
Millie looked at Aramis and did a fake smile, "It's nothing, really don't worry about me…"
He shook his head, “Don’t fake smile at me, something’s wrong. Please tell me.” He said quietly.
Millie gulped, "Can we go somewhere more private, without people around?" She whispered
Aramis nodded and took her hand in hers, he knew a place, “Hold on.” He said quietly, slipping into the shadows, still holding her hand tightly to make sure she didn’t disappear. After a few moments, they came into a small room, with a couple couches and it was a little dark. Aramis let go of her hand and grabbed the matches on the table to light the oil lamps.
Millie looked around the room, "How'd you find this place?" She wondered
“Luck, I have a knack for these things. You’d be suprised how many things people hide in the shadows…” He said, lighting the last lamp.
Millie sat down on one of the couches, "Everyone has secrets, don't they? I even have some as well, and let's say that they aren't the brightest though…"
Aramis nodded and sat down in front of her on the opposite couch, “So do I. Why is that important?”
As Millie was going to talk, she felt a presence and she immediately knew who it was. "I can't talk right now.." Millie got up quickly and heard the whispers again. Millie felt like she was going to eventually snap and lose control.
“Why not? We’re alone aren’t we?” Aramis stood as well and looked around the room, spotting no signs of anyone there.
Millie shook her head, "You don't understand, there's something here, and I have to leave now…" Millie sounded crazy but she did hear the whispering.
“Millie, please I want to help but I can’t if you don’t tell me.” He said, looking in her eyes, concern in his
Millie calmed down and sighed, "Have you heard of Banshees?" Millie looked at Aramis.
“I have, yes.” He replied.
"Well, they're the reason why that kid got injured badly. He nearly got strangled to death, I felt really bad for him. I saw the fear and sadness in his eyes, he hugged me tightly so it looked like he need some company." Millie rubs her elbows, "Angel got possessed by her own banshee, and I have no idea where it is now. My own banshee was trying to make me feel awful by whispering me disgusting things that still haunt me right now." Millie sighed.
“I’m so sorry,” Aramis said, pulling Millie into a quick hug then pulling away when he felt awkward. He rubbed the back of his neck with his hand.
Millie pulled Aramis into another hug, "I really need this, today's been a crazy day…"
