"Is she your girlfriend?" She asked innocently, taking a seat
Ezra shook his head.
"Emmeline?" He asked. "No, we just work together, and we're friends."
"she's super pretty, though." She rubbed her aching shoulder as she fought to think of something to talk about
Ezra nodded.
"She is," he admitted. "But we're just friends, we've gone out and found out it didn't really work out romantically."
"Oh I see, that's a shame it didn't work." Silver got up, "I'm going to use the bathroom,"
Ezra nodded and pointed down a short hallway.
"The womens is on the right." He informed her, smiling.
"Oh, thank you," She smiled at him and walked towards the bathroom. Once inside she hit her head with her hand, "Ohhh I'm so stupid, I don't know what to say.." She whined
Ezra waved to Emmeline, who was behind the counter, but since it was relatively slow, she came out to talk to him.
"Anything specific you guys want?" She asked. "I'll be your personal chef today."
"Uhm, I'll have grilled cheese, with a side of potato wedges and a chocolate filled croissant." Ezra said kindly.
Emmeline smiled. "Gotcha." She said and began walking away, backwards.
Ezra tried to hand her money, but she kept walking away.
"I'm not taking ya filthy money" she said, in a New Jersey accent and smiled as she disappeared past the swinging door that Ezra knew led into the kitchen.
Silver came out from the bathroom, "Ezra?" She said, walking up to the counter, "Did you already order?"
"I did for me." Ezra admitted. "I didn't want to seem controlling by ordering for you, I also had no idea what you would want."
"that's alright," she smiled, "I'm not all that hungry," she took a small step back, was I starting to close, it must have made him uncomfortable..
She turned on her heels and walked back to the table
