Liam shrugged, "Well, there isn't much… I live with my aunt, play guitar, write music and draw. That's really all the interesting stuff about me. I'm more boring then you."
Liam shrugged, "Well, there isn't much… I live with my aunt, play guitar, write music and draw. That's really all the interesting stuff about me. I'm more boring then you."
Kate let out a laugh, "Hey, at least you actually get to do fun hobbies. I have to study for several hours because of my strict parents. I'd say that you're pretty lucky."
Liam fiddled with his ring, "Lucky isn't the word I'd use. Study is important though, your parents are setting you up so you can have a good career."
"Yeah, you're right…" Kate sees Liam fiddling with his ring, "That's a pretty ring, where'd you get it from?" Kate asked curiously.
"Hm? Oh, this thing. It was my dads." Liam said, taking it off and handing it to Kate so she could have a better look.
Kate was gazing at the ring, "It has a unique design on it, it's very fascinating." She looked up at Liam, smiling.
Liam gave a small smile back, "Yeah, dad would never take it off no matter what which pissed mum off for a while but she stopped caring after a while."
"Why would she be so mad about that? It's his ring so he has the right to wear it whenever he wants, right?"
"True, I never bothered to learn why she got so mad. I figured it was just over something stupid so I didn't ask."
keri was so lost in her daydream that she didn't even think about her parents and instead focused on a lively conversation between liam, the guy she talked to before, and a girl who she assumed was his friend.
"My parents get mad at each other for the stupidest reasons too. It used to bother me a lot when I was little, but now I'm used to it." Kate leaned her head against the same tree that Liam was leaning on.
"My parents never fought. My Aunt said they did when they were first together but when mum had me and… a-and Sam they fixed their relationship and it all got better." Liam swallowed.
"I wish my parents were like that. Ever since the day I was born they would fight and cuss each other out every single day." Kate closed her eyes and sighed.
"Yeah… it's different now, though." Liam said quietly, shaking his head slowly and wiped at his eyes.
Kate opened her eyes and saw Liam wiping his eyes, "Oh! I-I'm sorry…I-."Kate didn't know what to say or what to do.
"It's fine, don't worry. You didn't do anything," Liam replied, giving her a smile, "My stupid emotion…"
Keri sighed and got up to walk back home, hoping her parents were home now.
After Liam mentioned about his emotion, Kate assumed that he was talking about sadness. "You can see blue as well?" Kate asked Liam quietly.
Liam nodded, "Blue and purple… what about you?" He asked, looking over at Kate.
(do you think it would be ok if i killed Kiera's parents? idk i just want something to happen. tell me what you think)
Keri walked home slowly staring at the sky, looking at how blue it was and started humming a song to herself.
"I used to only see orange and pink, but earlier today I developed the color blue. Blue is a beautiful color, but sadness isn't fun to go through." Kate said while crossing her arms.
(@gracehustle I don't mind, you do you.)
(I don't care)
"Agreed, neither is purple." Liam replied, sighing, "At least you have some of the happy emotions."
(ok, grins mischievously, this will give me something to do, it also will let me add a color to her vision)
Keri walked home slowly and checked the house again, not seeing anyone she finally checked the basement and saw her mom, dead on the floor with a knife sticking out of her chest. Keri dropped to her knees and sobbed, she crawled over to her mom and saw a blood trail across the floor, following the trail she soon saw her dad, killed the same way. she sobbed for a few minutes before finally thinking about who would do this, as she thought about it a new emotion started creeping in, anger, and her vision flashed red. Keri cried out and put her hands over her eyes shutting them as tight as she could but her eyes still hurt too much. she stumbled up her basement stairs and fell on the floor of her kitchen, crying over her parents and over the immense pain of adding a color to her vision.
"But you can at least try to have a happy emotion…" Kate looked over at Liam.
