"It was not…" He muttered, removing his hand and crossing his arms over his chest.
"It was not…" He muttered, removing his hand and crossing his arms over his chest.
"It was super adorable, now don't give attitude Mr. Grumps." Kate put her hands on her hips.
"No, it was not. And I'm not giving attitude…" He said, raising a brow at Kate.
Kate rolled her eyes and sighed, "Whatever, but your smile is still adorable to me."
"You barely know me an yet you're calling my smile adorable? This is a first…" Liam said, letting out a small laugh.
Kate blushed and did a nervous laugh, "I didn't mean it like THAT…" Kate did a flustered expression.
"I know, I know. I knew what you meant." Liam replied gently.
Keri finally woke up and started looking around the house for her parents, not finding them she started freaking out, because her mom didnt leave a note like she usually did this time. She finally looked in her parents room and didn't see anyone so she left a note and walked back to the park. Trying to keep her mind off the predicament, she sat down on the bench she had sat on earlier and watched little kids play on the playground.
Kate did a nervous smile and rubbed the back of her neck, "Good, I thought that you were going to tease me or something…"
Liam shook his head, "I wouldn't. I'm not like that… trust me."
Kate did an unsure sigh, "That's what they all say… but sooner or later they'll just stab me in the back…" Her face turned gloomy.
"Yeah, I know how that feels." Liam muttered, rubbing at his neck.
(Viva is a mood)
Spencer quinted slightly at Lucy. It seemed odd that she was curious habout him, but he responded none the less. If only to develop a color and to not be disrespectful.
"My little sister wanted to come," he explained, gesturing towards the children playing tag in the distance.Lucy looked over in the direction that Spencer had pointed in. Her lips parted ever so slightly as she nodded her head in understanding. God, she loved kids. She really did hope to be a mother one day. “That’s very nice of you to take her,” she commented.
Spencer simply shrugged. He had very obviously left out the second reason. He was here for a chance at being able to see some sort of color.
"Suppose it is," he replied simply after a moment.
keri watched two people talk and point at the playground and sighed, she was lonely again.
Kate nodded, "Yeah, and it's the worst feeling ever…" She folded her arms.
Lucy bit softly at her lower lip, resting her hands onto her lap. What to talk about now? She supposed it didn’t matter, considering she would most likely never see this stranger again.
Keri sat, watching people talk and walk around and wondered where her mom and dad had gone.
(Helloooo? :D)
Kate nodded, "Yeah, and it's the worst feeling ever…" She folded her arms.
(hiya)
Liam sighed, "Well, as much as I am a sad person, you don't seem like that so… why don't you tell me a little about yourself?"
Lucy bit softly at her lower lip, resting her hands onto her lap. What to talk about now? She supposed it didn’t matter, considering she would most likely never see this stranger again.
Not knowing what else to say, Spencer decided to start idle conversation. "So, what brings you here then? Not that it's any of my business, but I thought I'd return the question to keep this from becoming awkward," he said, with an attempt at a half grin.
Kate gulped, "Well, there's not that much to talk about because I'm a pretty boring person. I mostly focus on my studies and I don't really have that much free time. I don't have any real friends and I constantly get made fun at school, but I don't know why…"
"I wonder why that is… do they make fun of you for what colours you can see?" Liam asked, sitting down and patting the grass next to him, indicating for Kate to join.
Kate sat on the grass next to Liam, "Now that you mentioned the colors… it all makes sense now." Kate was playing with the grass, "My classmates would call me a whore or a slut because I would flirt with a lot of people. But I can't help it… I fall in love too easily."
"There's nothing wrong with that. They're bastards for calling you those things. And in my opinion, falling in love is better then not falling in love at all." Liam replied, resting his head on the tree behind him.
"Thanks Liam, I thought that I wasn't normal or something." Kate looked at Liam and smiled softly, "Now, tell me a little about yourself."
