Sort of a How to Train Your Dragon vibe. A school whose students are aspiring dragon trainers, at the beginning if the year, each student (ages12-18) choose a baby dragon to raise and train throughout the years. Dragons can be from any fantasy (ex; How To Train Your Dragon, Wings of Fire, Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, etc). Years are classified as Iron(freshman), Bronze(sophmore), Silver(Junior), Gold(senior). Anyone can join, just insert character info and find a creative way to enter them into the story. I will start at the Choosing Day. I will try to answer any questions about the rp.

Although the sky was depressingly dark and stormy, Oze couldn't have been more excited. Today would be her first day at the Imaginarium Dracon, a legendary academy for young dragon trainers. Oze's parents both were dragon lovers. Oze's mom was a nurse at the healing clinic who used her earth dragon Terra to help injured people and dragons. Oze's father served in the Navy with his Seawing Lagoon. She didn't see her father much, except for on some Christmases and certain times during the summer, and Oze's mom was constantly working overtime to fill in for charge nurses, so Oze was perfectly fine with being alone. This was going to be good for Oze, because all the students at the academy had to stay for the entire years at the school, with only a few home visits. Oze leaned against the window in the bus, staring wonderingly out at the black clouds beyond, counting the seconds between the bursts of lightning and the thunder's boom. She wondered what it would be like to raise a Skrill as her dragon. Her parents always insisted on what dragon she should choose. Her mother would argue that "an earth type dragon is the way to go. " and how they were"kind natured and calm, perfect for you". Oze's father would retort with something like"no way, the best dragons are the water dragons. Fierce, loyal, and excellent fighters, they are also some of the largest." She would have to see for herself, she thought. the bus lurched and Oze almost fell out of her seat. She was small for her age. Ironic, since her mother and father were tall and lengthy, as were her sisters who have already graduated, still looking for jobs, twins. Oze glanced around for the first time since boarding the bus to look at the other students.
(Oops, sorry, i meant that this would be a Bronze year for Oze, years are based on age, not experience, and trainers stay for as long as the professors deem necessary)
Eli sat towards the front of the bus, his foot tapping excitedly on the floor. He seemed to be way to eager in this situation. He had ran from home just two weeks ago, tired of the criticism coming from his parents. His parents were cold and not understanding. They hadn’t been supportive of his desire to raise a dragon. They constantly compared him to his brother, who was a technology specialist at a big name company. As he looked out the window, he thought of the Wyvren he would like to raise. It was a sea type dragon, having two legs, large wings, and a barbed tail. It was a ferocious dragon, not technically his style, but he believed it would be a great challenge. The bus lurched and he shifted slightly in his seat, but saw a girl almost tumble out of her seat in the corner of his eye. He turned in his seat to face her and smiled brightly. “You okay there?”
There were many various students on the bus. Actually, much more of a variety Oze thought at first. There were stereotypical nerds, punk rock chicks with short pink hair, huge dudes, punching each other while laughing wildly, scared twelve year olds, snotty rich kids, kids dressed in clothes that were either too big or too small for them. Oze ran her hand through her hair do, fixing it into a messy bun. She grabbed her backpack from the floor between her legs and did a fiftieth check over, making sure she had the essentials: clothes, toiletries, shoes, fourteen different books, a mint green iPod(from which she was currently listening to 60s-80s pop songs through a pair of earbuds), and a picture of her family at her parent's wedding. It was all she needed, everything else would be provided by the school. Oze tucked her hands into the pocket of her tan and turquoise Santa Cruz sweatshirt. She was from California, and once she went to the boardwalk with her sisters, and they bought her the jacket with a Volkswagen minibus on the front, it had been her favorite jacket ever since.
"You okay there?"
The voice shook Oze from her daze and she turned towards the voice. It had came from a tallish boy with inky black messy hair and almost all black clothes(not counting his loose white t shirt that was almost completely obscured by his trench coat), he looked at her with a concerned sort of smile.
"Uh, yeah, thanks." she said with a grin
“Good to know!” Eli chirped, looking the short girl over. “This is exciting, right?” His head tilted slightly to the side as he got up, leaving his duffel bag there and sliding into the seat next to her.
(I’m not the one in charge here, but I’m sure you could.)
(sure! just find a way to put your character in so that the story flows!)
The boy with the crazy hair slid into the seat next to her with a kind grin plastered onto his face. If she was being honest with herself(as she always tried to be) she was extremely excited, but wasn't sure what to expect. Despite her parent's support in her dragon training interest, they never actually talked about it as much as Oze would have liked
"Heck yeah! I'm super excited to pick my dragon, and to see the school. What year will you be in?" maybe this boy would be her first friend
(Thank you!

Eye Color: Icy blue
Outfit: navy blue hoodie with light jeans and combat boots.
body type: Average

“Silver, what about you?” Eli asked, leaning forward to rest his elbows on his knees. A few strand of hair fell into his face, but he was too distracted by the conversation to care enough to fix it. He was glad that he was finally making friends, as he has to move about a moth back, and hadn’t talked to many people yet.
"Bronze, but earlier the bus driver asked if I was an iron." she said calmly, smiling. She zipped open her backpack and paused the iPod in the middle of 'Lake shore Drive' and took out her headphones and slipped them inside her bag. She zipped the backpack up and hugged it loosely, it made her feel warmer in the chilly bus.
-Ariene decided to sit in the front. After all, there was always less commotion up there compared to the back. She placed her bag on the seat next to her and looked out the window of the bus. She noticed it was starting to rain and smiled. Although most people considered it as bad luck for it to be so gloomy outside on such a special day, Ariene thought it was a great sign. She loved the rain, it was so relaxing and beautiful. She then heard talking from two people in the seat across from her about which grade they were in.-
“Oh, wow. I’m Eli, by the way,” He said and held out a hand for her to shake, smiling kindly. He did have to admit, she did look like she would be a younger girl, but the appearance suited her, and he kept his mouth shut about it.
"I know right? I'm Oze." she said and took his hand in a shake. She liked this kid already. "Are you going to leave your bag over there? Just, I wouldn't want anyone getting anything stolen."
“Nice to meet you, Oze!” Eli then chuckled at that and shrugged. “Not much worth stealing in there, really. I’m sure it’ll be fine!” He looked around the bus, observing the other people who were seated with a curious glint in his eyes.
"Yeah, I was looking at these people earlier too,"Oze chirped. "What kind of dragon do you think you want, I've heard that there is a huge variety of them in the Choosing caverns."
-Ariene accidentally makes eye contact with one of the people that were across from her as they were looking around. Trying to hide how awkward she secretly was, she smiled, waved, and quickly turned back to the window, hoping she didn't come off as weird-
Eli smiled back at the girl who had caught his eye and waved back at her. He turned back to Oze. “I’ve been thinking about a Wyvren. What about you?” He now sat up straight, hands in his lap.
"Well, my mom has an earth dragon named Terra, they work at the healing clinic. And my dad has a seawing named Lagoon and they are in the navy, but I think something like a terrible terror or a lightning dragon would be cool." she glanced at the girl who had waved at Eli and wondered if they knew each other.
“Yeah, that does sound pretty cool. I’ll be the first in my family to raise a dragon, so I just chose what I thought would give me a challenge,” He said, smiling in an almost dopey manner and shrugging his shoulders loosely.
"That's cool!' said Oze sportively. Before she could say anything else, the bus gave a sudden lurch, and shuddered to an abrupt halt, this time causing Oze to fall out of her seat in a disgruntled mess.
