"Okay," they reached into their pocket and puled out a bottle. They gave Morrigan two pills, "Unless you have water, you're taking them dry."

Jay couldn't pay attention anymore, his flashbacks were still happening in short bursts. He sighed and pulled out a piece of paper, starting to scribble aimlessly on it in order to get out some of his anxiety.
Morrigan knocked them back, spitting out her gum and tossing it into the garbage can. She almost collapsed backwards. “Thank you. So much.”, she whispered, knowing that she would never deserve this. “How long until they kick in?”
"Probably a couple minutes, they're pretty strong pills," Zanna looked down at the bottle before shoving them in their pockets, "I take them after fights so I'm not on the verge of collapsing all day."
“Thank you so much.” She sighed, swallowing again. “I owe you one.”
Jay ripped the paper in his frustration, hiding his face in his hands and tapping his foot anxiously. Don't do it… don't have a panic attack now… I swear you'll really regret it… stop, stop, stop! Breathe… breathe… breathe you idiot…
"You really don't," Zanna responded, "Anything for a friend. Jay if you're about to have a panic attack it's okay to leave."
"N-no… I'm.. I'm not… I'm fine…" Who was he kidding though? He grabbed his hair, holding his breath. Just calm down… you're fine… you're not having a panic attack… you're perfectly fine… Other people were starting to look at him now, but he scarcely noticed them.
"Seriously, don't hurt yourself," Zanna gently placed their hand on him, "It's perfectly normal to have one, just get up and go if that's what's best for you. If not you can stay. If you need one of us can come with you wherever you need to go. Okay?"
Jay nodded, breathing heavily. He glanced up at the teacher before dashing out the door. He ran to the bathroom and locked himself in a stall, trying to calm himself down. Breathe.. breathe.. no air… breathe you idiot or you'll pass out!
Zanna worriedly watched as Jay ran out of the classroom. They decided if they didn't come back within half and hour they would go search for him.
No air… no air… Jay couldn't breathe. His chest felt tight and restricted, so breathing was hardly an option. After a minute or two of not really breathing, he slumped again the side of the stall, unconscious. But on the bright side, his breathing was closer to normal now.
(Tell me if he isn't going to make Zanna's time limit.)

(Nope)
(So he isn't?)
(No he is not)
I gtg, goodnight!)
(Byeeeee)
(Great)
30 minutes passed and Zanna left the class to go find Jay.
(Wait is he conscious?)

They first checked the boy's bathroom, where underneath one of the stall doors was a pair of shoes identical to Jay's. Panicking Zanna broke the door lock and found an unconscious Jay sitting/lying there.
"Brilliant," they thought to themselves, "I have to carry him to the nurses now."
They pulled Jay up into a piggy back position and began walking towards the nurses office, at least they hoped so.
Aita used his other hand to eat his soup and PB&J sandwich. He picked at his red stitches and desperately tried to pull his briefcase towards him, but to no avail.
Jay started coming to on their way to the nurse's office, groaning a bit as he woke up and looking around with a confused look on his face. Wait… why am I… moving?
"Hey, your awake," Zanna felt movement on her back.
"What's… where… huh?" He hadn't quite remembered what happened yet. "Why am I…? Where.. where are you taking me?"
