Resting his head in one hand, he started to become bored. Gosh, those girls loved to chatter. Noticing Jason in line, he showed him his signature grin and a wave.

Jason noticed Nicholai waving. He waved back, not knowing how else to respond.

Violet rolled her eyes. "Aly, I have to practice wherever I am if I want to be great someday." She instantly regretted saying that. It was her dad's words, not hers. It was his powerful influence on her.

"Girl, I was teasing. Keep practicing." Alya giggles and slides her tray along. "You're an awesome dancer."

Violet smiled and grabbed her regular - PB&J, apples, milk, a granola bar, and a protein bar to eat later. "I can never tell if you're teasing our serious, Aly!" Violet giggled.

Alya laughed. "Let's go see the guys."

Violet paid for her food and tried to contain herself walking across the cafeteria. "Hey, guys!"
