Madelyn smiled as they talked about the story, Stitches like these were meticulous work. You have to start in the middle and slow dividing each section again and again a single stitch at a time. It's a good thing Madelyn was always good at meticulous work sewing, clockwork; the more tedious the better. It kept her hands moving and mind occupied, but ever so slowly the wound was starting to close.
Almost done, Oliver thought, glancing towards Quinn's shoulder quickly before meeting her gaze again. "You were twelve years old, stealing your dad's vests and bowties to dress just like him. Apparently, the watch was the last special piece for your look," He added on, chuckling lightly as he fiddled with the locket around his neck, remembering the moment he met her. The vest was a bit big on Quinn back then, the bright blue bowtie worn in a crooked fashion as she adjusted her tophat so it wouldn't be falling across her eyes.
"Oh please, you were a dorky 15-year-old, with messy, brown hair," Quinn teased, punching him softly in the shoulder, wincing faintly from the movement. "And you still have messy hair. I'm surprised people find you attractive," She added on, a joking tone evident in her voice as she ruffled Oliver's dark hair.
I like the messy hair, Madelyn thought to herself as she finished the last stitch, "Ok, so You know what the Caterpillar's tonic is right, Quinn?" Madelyn asked wile pulling out a corked bottle unlike most of the other things in the bag this one was labeled and not a home remedy. She took a syringe and started to fill it with liquid from the bottle.
"Yeah, I know it," Quinn nodded, glancing over towards the syringe in Madelyn's hand, visibly shifting closer to Oliver. "It won't hurt, will it?" She asked, a look of innocence and concern crossing her face.
"You'll heal quicker," Madelyn said, "But it does have a tendency to hurt when applied. So here is the deal I'll offer you. If you let me do this your wound can do the same to mine."
"I don't…I don't want to hurt you with that," Quinn answered softly, motioning towards the needle as she glanced towards Oliver who was telling her that it would be alright. She nodded and moved closer to Madelyn, deciding that she would take the tonic.
Madelyn moved quickly in placing the syringe were it needed to be and emptying it into the wound. She could feel Quinn's body stiffen from the pain, It's a good thing Oliver is here, She thought to herself, I'm not the most comforting person. She calmly started to apply new bandages to Quinn's shoulder, "Well need to check it nightly for infection."
(Good night, I don't want to, but I've got to sleep. I have things I need to do in the morning.)
(Aw night! Have a wonderful sleep! :D)
(Sup! I SAW ANTMAN AND WASP Sobbing.)
(Don't spoil it I won't be able to see it until it comes out on dvd)
(Mentally prepare yourself bro, but its really hysterical. I personally liked it. 7/10.)
(I’m doing well, what about you? :D)

"Thank you," Quinn said softly, nodding in understanding with Madelyn's comment as she glanced over at the newly wrapped bandages. It hurt a tad, though the tonic seemed to be doing its job. A small yawn escaped as she leaned against Oliver's shoulder, rubbing her eyes tiredly. "Could I sleep, or do we have more adventuring to do?" Quinn murmured, already closing her eyes.
"Guess that answers that question," Madelyn smiled as Quinn fell asleep. "As for what's next will someone get this bullet out of my shoulder?" She asked the group just waiting for a volunteer
