James blushed a little when she touched him, a little smile appearing on his face. The tone in her voice was really nice and soft. He loved it.
"Oh….okay" he says closing his eyes and counting.

Laura had had a good day, and she was tired now. She walked back to her dorm, and saw someone she recognized. It was Zanna. "Hey!" She skipped over to her. "Today was pretty cool, glad I got to hang out with you!" She chirped standing at the corner.

Zanna looked over to Laura and shrugged, "That's nice, I guess. You're not that bad."

She smiled despite her monotone response. "I'm glad you were there! Wanna han out late-" Laura stopped when she heard a teacher's voice again.

James went back to his dorm and sat on his bed.
"You alright Levi?"
"sure"
"yeah right. Can you come out now?"
"no. I'll come in the morning"
"you need the sleep"
"ill be fine"
"alright. Suit yourself. I'll get cleaned up. Come out whenever you would like" he says out loud as he stood up and headed to the shower

(No, i just forgot about it lol.)

Zanna heard the teacher's voice, so she was a lot quieter when responding, "Yeah, that sounds f-un."

"Mhmm, yeah." Laura whispered back. "Hold on I wanna hear what they're saying."

Zanna shrugged and went quiet. They wanted to listen in as well.

Seo Hyeon was on her way to her own dorm when she ran into Zanna and Laura. She heard them whispering then put their ears to the wall?
"Hey guys!" She whispered with a small smile and a wave

Laura jumped and shushed her. She was listening intently.

(Teachers)

"I'm worried, I saw some kids at the tower earlier." Their science teacher said. "I know two of the head scientist were there today, and they were having a meeting." She said quietly. Another man nodded. "Yeah, that's alarming. You think they know yet?" He asked taking a sip of his coffee. "David, you really think a bunch of teens found out their whole lives are lies? They're too dumb for their own good. Some of them weren't even fully developed and malfunctioned. 00000 is a great example! She can't even feel emotions." Their teacher said. "And some are so childish. Like 7295. And then there are some that are just plain unskilled. I'd say 0034 is a good example of that." She huffed. David rolled his eyes. "I like those girls though, they're unique." Their science teacher rolle her eyes. "Yeah, but they aren't girls. Not even human."

Zanna never would think she would ever want so badly to feel something. Some spark of anger in their words. But Zanna felt absolutely nothing, they were broken just like those damn teachers said. It made sense that she wasn't even human what human couldn't feel emotions. To be completely honest it seemed to be the final piece of the puzzle to her. This school wasn't a 'typical boarding school'.

Laura felt a tang of something in her gut. She didn't know what it was, but it wasn't good. She pushed away from the wall and you could see remorse on her face. Her breathing pattern quickened and she grabbed both her friends hands. "Come on, we're going to my dorm." She said pulling them along. She didn't know it, but she was furious, and devastated. She didn't know what to do.

Zanna let Laura grab her hand and drag her away. They were just done with everything, the teachers, the school, just everything.

Laura pushed the two into her dorm, and slammed the door behind her. She leaned against the door and slid down putting her head in her hands. She took a deep breath and then pushed herself off the ground. "What are we going to do with this information?" She asked simply.

Seo Hyeon looked truly mortified. She looked to Zanna then to Laura with a shaky breath. "Our whole lives……im not…even human?" She says looking to the ground.

Laura shook her head confused. "It has to be a joke. It had to be other students, trying to prank other people." She said trying to edge the truth. "It's just a big joke." She said un-confident.

She looked up at her and took a breath "what about all of those numbers? What did they mean by that?"

"I-I don't know! I'm not a genius okay!?" She cried running a hand through her short hair.

"I don't know," Zanna responded her voice deader than ever, "But 00000 has to be me. I'm the only person in the school with no emotions that I know of. I always knew I was some type of freak, guess I was right about that."

Laura shook her head. "No you aren't! You just have a unique quality. That's all." She tried to reason.

"I always thought it was pretty cool" she mumbled to no one in particular.

Laura looked at CC. "See! Even she agrees. It's unique!" She said crossing her arms.
