Eerie shivered violently in his sheets, his legs curled to his chest. He could feel them. Was that bad? He was starting to loose feeling in his fingers, too.
“I-I’m n-n-not sure…” He was shivering more violently and his teeth chattering grew louder.

Levi muttered profanity, jiggling the doorknob even harder. Shit. Shit. Eerie was definitely not fine. The damn door wouldn't open. At least, not when he used traditional tactics. What if he broke down the door? "Eerie, move away from the door. Now."

Deleted user

“‘M not near the door. I’m in b-bed.” Eerie shivered again, squeezing his eyes shut and ducking into the frosty sheets for a sign of warmth. Nothing. Just more cold from the dense sheets.

Deleted user

"Okay." Levi backed away from the door. He swung his leg up and drove his heel into the space next to the doorknob. The door opened with a loud crack and began to swing shut. It didn't really matter. Levi was already inside, taking in the scene. Eerie looked bad. "What's wrong. Do you need help?"

Eerie was a lump of cold, shivering sheets on the comfortable bed. He burrowed deeper into the bed, making noises but unable to answer because of his cold state. He poked his head slowly from the sheets, showing his pale face. He pointed a shivering finger to the warm clothes on the chair.

Deleted user

Levi snatched the clothes from the chair and brought them over to Eerie. He had buried himself in a mound of blankets, shivering so hard the entire wad of blankets was shaking like a leaf in the wind. If Eerie could barely speak, it was doubtful that he could do much of anything. "Do you need help getting dressed."

Deleted user

Eerie gave a shivery nod. He didn’t really care about much else, even if it were his husband (who he hated) were offering to dress him. He tired to uncurl from the sheets, but the shaking, dense sheets stopped his weak limbs from doing so.

Levi pulled Eerie from the sheets and blankets he'd piled on top of himself. He got a sudden sense of how odd this situation was. If anyone walked in on them right now, they would be incredibly weirded out. Whatever. Random thoughts weren't going to help anyone. He grabbed the shirt and tucked Eerie into it then moved onto the pants. "Is this okay?"

Deleted user

Eerie hugged himself, the shirt offering some warmth, since it was specially made with wool.
“Mhm…” He glanced up at Levi, not noticing he was fully dressed. “T-thank you.”

Deleted user

Once Levi had finished getting Eerie dressed, he backed away, settling in the chair. Should he go? Was he supposed to stay and make sure Eerie was really okay? Etiquette was complicated. He decided to stay for a couple more minutes, just in case. "It's no problem."

Deleted user

Eerie didn’t rise, he kept hugging himself and staring at the ground. He really wanted a hug. A nice, warm hug. Not from Levi specifically, just the warm sensation of someone wrapping their arms around him and feeling glad he was there. He didn’t want to ask Levi, since, well, he probably wasn’t glad Eerie was there. They hated each other… right?

Deleted user

Levi didn't know what to do. Eerie seemed better now, even though he was being weird and quiet. Weird and quiet was way better than dead. Weird and quiet probably meant Eerie needed some time alone. "If you don't need anything, I'll go now." He stood and turned towards the door, ready to leave until Eerie was ready to go into the mansion.

Deleted user

Eerie looked up. He didn’t want Levi to leave, but his silence must’ve made the latter feel uncomfortable.
“Okay. You can go up to the mansion. I’ll be up there soon.” He dipped his head again, squeezing his cold arms tighter to his chest.

Deleted user

"Okay" Levi left quickly, all but sprinting off the boat. The mansion was big but it looked comfortable. Soft colors and light wood. He walked inside hesitantly, trying to figure out where to put his bag. He found what looked like a sitting room and decided to stay there until Eerie came inside. No need to accidentally steal someone's room.

Deleted user

Eerie stayed there, zoned out by staring at his feet. His bag was on the ground and clothes were spilling out of it. Eerie took no mind, he didn’t take any mind by how his arms were groaning in protest from the way he held them. It was silent in his room, cold, yes, but Eerie’s warm clothes fended it off for him. Before he knew it, it had been little over an hour of him just sitting there.

Deleted user

Levi realized he'd been sitting in the little room for an hour or so. He trudged back onto the boat, trekking down to Eerie's room. The door wasn't closed completely but it felt like an invasion of privacy to burst in unannounced. Levi knocked on the doorframe. "Eerie, are you okay?"

Deleted user

(The door isn’t closed because it’s knocked down xD)

Eeire jumped a little and glanced up. He bit his lip a little and gave a slight nod. “I’m alright. Is something wrong?” Eerie asked Levi, wondering why he was down here in the first place. He had just left.

Deleted user

(Oh, I was thinking it was like… kicked in, not off its hinges)

Levi stepped into the room with a confused look on his face. Had Eerie relapsed? Was his memory all fucked up from the cold? "It's been an hour."

Deleted user

(That makes… more sense… nvmmmm)

Eerie blinked a couple times. He looked extremely confused. “Has it? It doesn’t feel like it has been.” He squeezed his arms closer.

Deleted user

(Lol. It's fine.)

Levi shifted his weight. How was he supposed to respond to that? It would probably be best to get him off the boat and into the mansion. The mansion should be much warmer than the boat too, so that could help Eerie get back to normal. "Well… It has been. Do you want to go inside?" He gestured toward the door.

Deleted user

Eerie glanced up again. “I guess I should.” He rose slowly, and walked over to his bag, slowly pulling his arms away from his body and repacking messily. He grabbed his briefcase and sighed softly.
“Lead the way.”

Deleted user

Levi waited for Eerie to pack his stuff, heading for the mansion the second he was finished. There was no way he was staying on this boat a second longer than he needed to. He stopped by the sitting room to grab his bag and then realized he had no idea about the layout of this house. "Do we have assigned rooms?"

Deleted user

Eerie shook his head, shutting the door to the mansion after waving off the boat. He kicked off his shoes and looked around. It was as nice as his mother described it, but he cared very little about that right then.
“We don’t have assigned room. It’s just us here and the butlers, who live down this road.” He pointed out the window, which overlooked a small town.

Deleted user

Levi peeked out the window, taking in the little houses and the winding road. They were all alone in this big ass house. At least he didn't have to worry about stealing a room from someone. "I'll pick out a room, I guess." He walked out of the sitting room, tossing open the first door he saw and plopping his duffel down on the bed.

Eerie wandered away into the kitchen, dropping his bags off on the sitting room couch and hugging himself again. He looked up at the cabinets but didn’t do anything. He was hungry, yes, but he decided not to act on his hunger. He didn’t really feel like doing much at all.
