Amelia wiggled under him. "You're heavy. Get off me." She tried to push him off, but in reality, she was stuck.
"I told you im tired. Infact i think I might take a nap right here." He pretended to fall asleep.
“Yeah…” Dove rested her chin on her hand. “I was thinking of taking a break, going to help at the infirmary and going back.”
She’d like to think she was more of a healer than an archer, but her siblings said it was important to be good in both. And hey, capture the flag is coming up after all, it was important to be prepared. But Ash’s news was weighing her down, and she was worried that she’d be nothing but a burden at capture the flag.
Though, being and talking with Wendi helped with her mood.
"That's probably for the best if you were on a bad streak," Wendi replied making sure she dismissed the mist completely still worried about the browning grass. She reached to maybe lightly touch Dove's shoulder, "I can head with you if you want me to. I've got nothing better to do if I'm being honest."
Amelia huffed in frustration. "Get off!!!!" She pushed at him some more.
"ZZZZZZZZzzzz" He fake snored before chuckiling a little rolling off of her.
“Um, okay, I’d like that,” Dove smiled. “If you have nothing better to do.”
She stood up. “Hmm… do you think I need sunscreen?” Then she noticed the grass beneath her feet. “Oh weird… it’s happening again…”
"Yeah, I've got nothing better to do," Wendi replied standing up as well. She was silently glad Dove acknowledge the brown grass as something… that has happened before? "This has happened to you before?"
Amelia flopped back. "Ugh, you're heavy." She complained.
he put a hand to his chest dramatically, "I'm offended."
“Yeah, usually when I’m in a bad mood. Not sure why it happens, though.” She paused for a moment, remembering something. “After Ash told me he was leaving, I passed by the Demeter cabin to go to bed. I think I saw the leaves of the plants turn yellow and grow spots on them, and the flowers shrivel up. And there were times before I came to camp, too. Those birds…” she stopped and shook her head. “Ah nevermind. Do I need sunscreen? Hopefully we won’t have to walk too far.”
Wendi was about as clueless as Dove was about why the plants shriveled up around her when she was in a bad mood. But at least there was an explination and the answer wasn't Wendi, "I don't think so. If you haven't put any on yet you shouldn't need to put any on now."
Amelia rolled her eyes. "You were suffocating me with your fat ass."
"My ass is hurt, dont worry she doesn't mean it." he couldnt keep a grin from his face, as he "Talked" to his butt.
Dove shrugged. “Ah, I suppose so. I just get worried about it sometimes. You know my skin is sensitive.” She raised her arms and stretched. “Anyway, I’m feeling a bit better now, let’s get going.”
"Alright," Wendi smiled just slightly as she began to walk towards where the infirmary was. She understood where Dove was coming from, but Wendi never really worried about sun screen anyway.
Amelia looked at him strangely. "Um…okay." She got up and shook the sand off best she could. "I got sand in places i dont want."
"oh boo hoo your covered in sand it might as well be the end of the world."
Amelia glared and tossed some sand at him. "Bully." She stuck ger tongue at him.
"me? the bully? your the one thats bullying me." he stuck his tongue out at her. (I have to go but I will see you later-)
"No, you're the bully." Amelia blew a rasberry at him. She huffed and crossed her arm.
(Okie dokie)
"nuh uh. your the bully." (Back-) he blew a raspberry back and crossed his arms with a huff.
(Hello)
"No. Its you." Amelia pushed his shoulders playfully. She crossed her arm glaring.
"no you." He pushed her back playfully.
