A few neon pink diamonds flickered around Michael before he was suddenly able to move. He shot Maudie a glare. "Can we move at least? Thanks?"

(in case you forgot, Maudie/the hand can bring people back to life)
Asura snickered, but tried to quiet himself so that Maudie wouldn't kill him. "You're all going to be given a limited amount of magic, and you'll be trapped in a personalized prison cell. The objective is to escape. If you die three times, you lose, and you'll be trapped in the cafe again. If you escape, I might set you free."
Michael rolled his eyes. "Awesome. Wonderful. The only thing that could make this worse is if I suddenly turned into a giant whale." His eyes widened, and he froze a little. "Waitnodon'tdothattomeplease-" he started to ramble
Maudie's eyes suddenly lit up. "Interesting…" She leaned against the door frame, scanning all of them quickly. "You will also all be in your true forms. Are you ready?"
"Wait, wait, don't! I don't think that's possible, the cafe is too small!" Michael said, almost pleading with Maudie
"Like I said, your room will be personalized. It will be designed to accommodate you. Now, good luck." With that, she snapped her fingers, and everybody disappeared.
Michael had shut his eyes, or so he thought. Slowly, he began to realize he didn't have eyes in the conventional sort. "Oh, you mother…" Instead of looking like a teenage stoner, he was now a hovering sea monster-type creature. He reached a flipper up to his face, realizing that it was now a large skull. He tried looking around but the cell was small and he was having difficulty making his new limbs listen to him
Asura shivered, blinking a few times as he adjusted to his surroundings. It was freezing in his room. Looking around, he realized that the entire place was covered in frost, and gusts of wind from inside the room were blowing away his main of fire. He cursed, scratching his claws on the stone ground.
It took him a few minutes, but Michael finally managed to articulate himself enough to move in slow circles around the cell. Or, well, he was technically Balthazar now. He looked around, slowly realizing he didn't actually have to move his head to look at things. He assumed it must be the way this form used magic. Either way he hated it. He took a few slow spins in midair before realizing that he wasn't really floating. He was in water. The walls began to look more and more like glass, and he began to realize that he was being suspended in midair by a crane while inside a tank
Asura took a deep breath, pacing around the room. There were no windows or doors, and it was beginning to get significantly colder. His wings, which usually dripped molten gold, were beginning to freeze in place. Frost was covering the fur on his tail and underside.
A creaking started to come from the crane that held Michael. He whipped his head up, the bone accidentally smacking into the top of the glass. Slowly, one of the steel wires that held the crane began to fray. "Shit. Shit shit shit," he said without quite opening his bony mouth. He looked down, gulping at the sight. He had to be as far up as the Chrysler building, and he hated heights
Lavender opened her eyes and found herself in a tiny cell almost identical to the one she’d slept in while in the custody of the Faerie cult. Her pulse quickened and she began to panic, claustrophobia kicking in.
(oh shit)
(I like to torture her ;)
(I've noticed)
(oh man we're torturing Lavender again) Michael calmed down a little when he realized the cable snapping seemed to be more of a timer. It still freaked him out though, and he was still thousands of feet in the air. He gulped as well as he could in this form and looked around. He seemed to be in a cit of some sort, and the top of the nearest building didn't seem too far or too tall
Lavender was hit full-on by a panic attack as the walls seemed to close in on her. The shadows hung in the air ominously, and she screamed when one of them began to writhe.
Michael tried closing his eyes again before remembering he didn't have eyes. God did he hate this form. The cable holding him suddenly began to fray faster. He started to frantically look around him. He needed to be in water in this form, and he didn't have access to the magic that let him float around without being underwater. Maybe he could break the cable and drag the water to him? No, that wouldn't work. He focused in front of him for a moment, and a large pinkish-yellow diamond appeared in front of him. At least he could still use psychic abilities
Matthias woke up dangling from the ceiling, a noose around his neck. He began to panic until he realized that another rope was holding him from his waist and under his arms. Bottles of alcohol and pills swirled in a tornado around his room, and he was trapped in the eye of this suicidal storm.
holy………..
(wOAH OKAY)
(i am concerned)
The shadow detached itself from the wall, writhing disgustingly and slithering closer. Lavender almost passed out from fear.
She remembered this part.
(lol sorry forgot to mention he drinks for a reason. sorry about that)
(everybody's got legit fears and Michael's over here like I dOnT LiKE heIGhTs !!)
