"Alright! Nice! I can't wait to be room mates with you man!" He yelled, grabbing Jordan's hands and pulling him inside, "I hope you don't mind, I put my stuff in the room near the entrance, but you can have it if you want, i just know some people don't like rooms that close to the entrance, like my baby brother Jaxx, he is a handful let me tell you-"
Lucky continued to talk, jumping up and down as he went on and on about his family.
"I'm blabbering again, aren't I?" He asked, taking a few deep breaths, "Sorry! I just get really excited, and can't contain my energy and I just lose it.."
"Everyone's pretty tall to me," she added with a laugh, shaking their intertwined hands. Letting go after a moment, she bounced over to her bed and took a seat. "It's nice to meet you!"
Knowing her roommate was of the opposite gender, there would likely have to have some arrangements made.
"You already said that," he laughed, pulling sheets out of his bag and starting to set them up. "Do you want a couple extra sheets to hang around your bed?"
"Did I? Sorry, I suppose I'm just really excited," Rei commented, swinging her legs lightly. It was a bit odd to hear a question about the extra sheets to the smaller girl.
"Thank you, but I'll be okay. I'll just use the bathroom to get dressed in when that sort of thing comes up," the smaller girl concluded. She really didn't take all that long anyways and hated the long process and feel of make-up.
(Can I join?? I want to develop my new character)
“Alright, then. Do you know where we’re supposed to go or what to do from here?” Kirin really didn’t know what he was doing. At all. And while it wasn’t his first time in a new environment, it was his first time at boarding school and that was already enough to cause plenty nerves. Not for the first time, he wished Nimue were around.
"Thanks," Anthony responded to Nigel. He let out a long sigh letting his body unwind. Nigel probably had had friends in theater, "So how far did you travel to get here?"
“Maybe four, five hours? I lost track.” Now finished unpacking his books, Nigel carefully removed and unfolded a keyboard, setting it up on the far side of his part of the room. The farther from home, the better. “How ‘bout you?”
Realizes I missed 2 pages Well, shit.//
"Marrin, starò bene. Non devi preoccuparti." Virgil said to his friend. "Ne sei sicuro? Sei sicuro di non voler tornare in Italia con me?" Marrin asked, giving Virgil her most sad puppy dog eyes. "Scusa Marrin, questa è una buona esperienza per me." Virgil said, pulling his bag out of the trunk and saying a last goodbye, he departed. He swung his cane around to get a feel for the grounds.
"Not really," Rei replied simply, standing up again. For never having been in the type of school this was, the small girl had no clue what to do either.
"Should we go ask around?" she offered cheerily. It would be interesting to meet new people as well as get the information they needed. Plus, Rei kind of wanted to see how everyone else decorated their rooms.
( @"Am I obsessed with Todoroki? A Little, Okay A Lot" honestly it was just starters and introductions so it's fine. Plus you did a good length of a response so that's good too.)
Virgil walked up to the front desk, he had taken a few tours so he knew where almost everything was. "Pardon me, where is dorm 4? That's my dorm and I don't remember it from the tour." He says to the front desk person. "Can't you see the giant sign that say's Doms?" The lady remarked, stopping when Virgil gave a chuckle. "Nah, I can't see it. I'm blind as fuck."
“About six hours, I think. I took a little nap along the way,” Anthony responded. He was staring up at the ceiling.
“Wow. Whereabouts do you live?” Now finished unpacking, Nigel plopped down on the bed, letting his shoulders slump.
The front desk lady looked startled before quickly glancing don to the paperwork. "So you're the blind student we have this year." She muttered. "Name?" She asked. "Virgil Contraal." He says. "I'm in dorm four and that's really all I know." She stood up. "Ah, Okay. Follow me." She says, leading him to dorm number four. "Here it is." She says as Virgil open the door.
“Lower California near the border to Mexico,” Anthony responded, “Mi papa y mama never really wanted to get the sense that they left home.”
Finley had finally found his way to the dorms. He tried his best to hide his face from people as he passed by open doors and chatting people. He was trying so hard that he didn't even notice the woman standing in the doorway to dorm room 4 until it was too late and he ran right into her. "Ah shit sorry! I wasn't looking where I was going I'm so sorry."
(The lady bringing Virgil to the dorm room?)
Cool//
"That's okay, are you Finley? If you are this is your roommate." The woman says and scurries off. Virgil waves in the direction of Finley's voice. "Ello, I'm Virgil Contraal." He introduces himself.
"H-hi Virgil. I'm Finley Tanaka-Blackstone," He stumbled over his words until finally looking up to take in the full view of his new roommate, quickly noticing the cane and the eyes. "If you don't mind me asking… are you blind?" Finley asked softly, genuinely curious and not wanting to assume anything as he slowly backed himself into the dorm room.
“Cool. What’s sunny Cali like?” He lay back on the bed, finally allowing his body to relax.
"Sunny, and dry," Anthony responded with a laugh, "It's pretty straightforward to be honest."
Nigel chuckled, bringing his hands up to his face and rubbing at the faint bags under his eyes. “My heritage is all wacky, I’ve got family from all over. You don’t know the meaning of ‘uncomfortable’ until some fourth cousin once removed claps you on the back and says how much they’ve missed you, but you don’t actually know who they are.” He used to keep touch with extended family, but once he’d moved in with his dad… yeah he barely remembered what his grandma looked like, not to mention whether or not she was alive anymore.
