(What do you mean by light? As in "hard light" when light takes on a solid appearance, or plasma?)
Pretty soon, this light, started rapidly burning through his fire aura. He flitted around, reading her mind, so that he could tell where she would be, although he'd break off and reestablish his connection so that he didn't have to combat her telepathically. He kept this up, getting closer and further, pretty soon, he had to act on instinct, because it was getting to a different point altogether.
(I don't know!! My magic systems weird there's three kinds of light, then fire then earth, yadayadayada. I don't even have a point to all this, I though Mortuum was gonna do something bad and everything spiraled downward, AHHHHH!)
(It's fine. I took care of it, as you can see.)
She felt her mind being infiltrated, she blocked it with random thoughts of horror that'll stun him. She imagined the amulet, keepers, the war she tried so hard to stop, the people she had to kill, her own death, curse, her psychopathy caused by peer pressure, Sycore… Sycore.
She remembered the innocent boy, barely had enough food to feed him and his father. The confusion he had when he had to stop hailstorms, clean ice off the wall, and how the amulet worked.
And the war he caused.
She had influenced him to become what he did out of her own greed, own freedom. She remembered every life he took, every maniacal laugh he laughed, everything that let to his gruesome death, and her freedom.
She gathered energy inside of her and released it at the wolf.
Every tear she shed went into this blast. A blast against the innocent, just like her mentor-ship of Sycore. All oh, so wrong.
Mortuum continued to flit around. He had encountered thoughts of grief, tragedy, death. He had encountered these… He was born of these. Not many had known that he was born black.
He was tragedy. With every thought he encountered, he injected a new one.
The disaster he was born of…
The death of his mother and father.
Hell, and it's plentiful tortures.
He detected something, a glaring flaw in her mental design. The thought hit him, loud and clear…
Something called a Sycore?
(He's not sure what it is, and doesn't know it's a person)
A beam of light came towards him.
"Fool!" He thought . His aura went out, he fell towards it.
In a bright flash of light, his own aura came out, he twisted into the air, twisted and turned, igniting and extinguishing his aura.
And we all know what happens when got air, and cold air collide.
A tornado roared to life. In the midst of it, Mortuum stood, firmly. This would most likely disperse thebeam, and he had a plan of it didn't!
Ryuu saw the tornado and grabbed Robin by the scruff of his neck carefully. The only thing in his mind was: Get Robin to safety by any means possible.
(Mortuum is actually a human character that I transformed into a wolf. Having him combine his spontaneous combustion with his flight is actually a new power that I thought up, for the newest story arc. It's bouta be a webcomic!)
(Gtg to bed now, Byeeeee)
(Peace!)
(As it turns out, I have to go as well, so yeah!)
The wolf summoned a tornado and it was clear to Kiranimi, after 8276 years in limbo, that this wolf didn't come from her type of world. She's seen every power in her time as a Keeper. This was not one of them. It had no strategy, no classification, no curse. Jealousy boiled within her.
She released her invisibility ability and summoned a fog image. Duplicates surrounded the wolf, each moving with her.
"You may've been born of tragedy like me, but you'll never see the horrors I've seen. I envy you." The duplicates chanted in unison. "You'll never become like me on your own, broken and a monster," The fog images stepped closer. "So why don't I help you?" She chuckled. The wolf couldn't keep up with all the fog images. Kiranimi would dodge every time, summon another, juke him out, fire light at his blind side.
(Back!!!)
"You're darn right I'm not like you!" He responded , flitting about in the air again. "I'm better!" He had no trouble distinguishing the duplicates fr ok the original, all he had to do, was search for a mental signature, which didn't require him to combat her telepathically, still, he kept his telepathy on the defensive. It wasn't like fighting against her invisibility however, and when he distrusted his own mind, he would wind up with a small burn. Still, he had a plan!
"Eenie!"
"Meenie! "
"Meinie!"
"Mo!"
He chanted.
"Catch!"
"A tiger!" (Hah!)
"By…"
"Her toe!"
(Has anyone picked up that this is perfect for this moment, because she's literally a tiger, and because he must pick between the duplicates!)
"YOU!!!" He snarled, raking his eyes across the battlefield to spot the one of her that had a mental signature.
He paralyzed the cat. But he knew she could break out of the hold so he flitted over, and latched onto her tail, shaking his jaws furiously.. By now, his Thermodynamic Attack Technique was inevitable. He used all of his strength, momentum and leverage, to judo flip the 400 lbs tigress over his head, just at the time she'd have been able to break free, into the bulk of the tornado's windpower. And finally, with his thermal aura spread throughout the girth of the tornado, he ignited it.
The wind burned got like fire, before it switched drastically, freezing closer than the ice in the Hell-Circle of Caina. Even he, at the center was swayed by the winds, but he was unharmed by the temperature, unlike the tiger.
"It's not the temperature that'll kill you! The snowflakes are like freezing little bullets!" He said.
the white spots on his face started to disappear, unbeknownst to him.
"Who am I kidding!" He said. "She's probably got another truck up her sleeve! Just as I do!!!" He finished , gleefully. And rose back up into the air, wary but ready to head off.
"Oh, oh no! The forest??? What have I done to the forest!!!"
Davi had floan away hiding from the sunlight. Feeling weak from the sun they settled in a log watching for danger
'You may think I'm the bad guy! But I have a separate forest to save!!! Do you hear me, tiger!!!' He thought to any creature in the area, not bothering to check if she was alive. He flew off.
Davi saw fire growing near Oh no they thought as they weakly flew away trying to stay in the shade as much as possible
"Relax, little one…" Imperium said, appearing in front of the hummingbird.
"The fire will die out. I guarantee you."
"A-Alright" The bird replied, a bit scared after seeing them battle
With that, the wolf flew off agsin.
Davignon figured that if the wolf hadn't hurt them yet the wolf wouldn't hurt them, but he still didn't trust the wolf
Kiranimi spit blood from her mouth and hobbled off. The red from her eyes fading back into amber.
She was dazed. What had happened? She looked at the horrific destruction around her.
The smoke grew in the distance. What had she done? She shamefully limped away from the destruction.
Sand welcomed her to an expanse of nothing. She exiled herself, taking the first steps into the edge of the Deathscape.
(WAit, this whole time I didn't know that there was a fire going on. I really screwed this rp up. Can I say that Kira thought Mortuum started the fire? I'd make more sense.)
(The fire was caused by their fight, although most of it was Mortuum.)
Robin closed his eyes and curled himself into a ball in the air. If they weren't out of the way, he'd get destroyed by the wolf and tiger.
Mortuum landed in the forest floor, next to a stream. He looked in the water, to see his reflection. All black, black as death. He didn't have his white spots.
On top of that, most of his fur was singed short, and he had small burns, so he decided to swim where he needed to go!
